From my first call to my first appointment, the practice exceeded my expectations. Prompt return of my initial call, clear message left. Polite and professional with easy scheduling. Excellent communication regarding completing new patient paperwork. New patient paperwork was comprehensive. At my appointmen, everyone I interacted with introduced themselves. Once in the exam room, both the dental assistant and dentist listened to my issues and concerns then explained everything they were going to do before touching me, continually check to ensure I was comfortable. Left with a plan to address remaining issues and scheduled appointment in three weeks Extremely pleased!

My experience with Eglash Dental so far has been excellent. Abby did my cleaning the other day, and she did a thorough and meticulous job! Was super impressed by the care and finesse of the job she did. Wanted to shout her out for a job well done in particular. Also LGBTQ-friendly - as a visibly queer individual, I've been treated with nothing but respect, which is all I ask for.

Excellent experience from scheduling through check-in to my conversation and thorough cleaning with Jody to my evaluation and chat with Dr. Rachel! It is clear that the work environment is positive, evidenced by the interpersonal interactions and collaboration between staff. I was extremely nervous going to the dentist due to past bad experiences, but Eglash completely changed that for me. The staff was patient, kind, and explained everything clearly. They played music, never rushed me, and let me take breaks when needed. I felt calm and cared for the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone anxious about dental visits!

This was my first visit back to a dentist office in over a year, so I was a little nervous about getting back to it. I found this place by looking up dental offices with good reviews. I have nothing but great things to say about my first visit here! The office was so nice and clean and an easy location to get to by car or even bus being that it's on Murray Avenue. I had Bella do my cleaning and she was wonderful! She has such a gentle touch and great personality that made me feel very comfortable! I'm definitely happy to recommend Eglash Dental Studio to anyone looking for a new dental office!
