I’ve been in pain for awhile and was in dire need of an extraction and I couldn’t get a fast appointment anywhere. I was recommended to come here and when I say it was soooooo worth it, I mean it! The receptionist was down to earth with a very bubbly personality, she also helped me figure out what my insurance covers. Dr J made sure I was completely comfortable and made sure my extraction was painless. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Called to schedule and appointment and the receptionist is very rude. She stated she only makes appointments for new patient that need extractions, crowns or etc. I stated I may need a cleaning before but I do need an extraction. Before the word "cleaning " came out my mouth not even , she stated No immediately. I hung up. But once I realized the unprofessional and unprovoked anger makes me not even want to book them. Called back to inform her of how rude she was, she told me to have a nice day not knowing I’m not even 0.5 mi away. Whenever I get the chance I will paying her visit personally. If the police is involved then so be it. It’s ridiculous how your insurance recommends these offices for dental care! and as I’m reading the other reviews this is his wife in his private practice. Unless you wanna be cussed out before an appointment don’t even call!

They'd have gotten 0 stars if I could. He needs to get rid of his wife as a receptionist to save a buck- but shes singlehandedly chasing patients away, by that you lose more. After what i witnessed her speaking to someone, I would NOT trust them to work on a rocks teeth.

They only got 1 star due to the fact that I had to in order to leave a review! They literally get 0 stars for how they treated my son's girlfriend! She called because she had an appointment scheduled and called ahead to ask questions due to having some anxiety from bad experiences when it came to going to the dentist and she was told she was wasting their time and they proceeded to HANG UP ON HER! This is unacceptable! She was in pain and anxious and they chose violence instead or simply answering her questions! They are animals and don't deserve anyone's buisness moving forward if this is how they respond to someone in pain!

Horrible rude receptionist explained how anxious I was she basically told me she didn’t care I waisted her time and hung up. I never said I wanted to cancel my appointment at anytime she just hung up, before telling me they were doing a procedure on my mouth and never looked at it. All I did was ask a few questions and was hung up on. You can’t tell this place wants nothing but money wouldn’t recommend.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I mentioned that I would be notably anxious about having dental work done and she basically told me to find somewhere else to go. Although I was anxious, I'm an adult making a conciliatory choice to do what needs to be done. You're a dentist office - you can't handle a patient's unease? I'm also not %100 positive she had any faith in the dentist she works with (her husband). She made it sound like he wasn't capable of doing the work I need done, work I was aware was a part of their offered services. The DMD needs to either retire or hire a new receptionist.

I'm petrified of the dentist but he made me feel so comfortable and the receptionist, who is his wife, also made me feel relaxed. It was quick and pretty painless
