My deepest thanks to the Doctor and stuff. From September 2025 to February 2026 I had two root canals done for myself and three root canals for my mother. And everything was very good, without pain and complications. Moreover, one of my teeth was treated by other doctors, and they called it hopeless, but in this clinic they were able to place a crown and perform the root canal treatment. Eight months after the treatments on my two teeth, there have been no problems. My mom is well; she is now three months after the crown installation. There were minor shortcomings, but the staff was always very loyal to any requests and questions. For a clinic that operates on MediCal, it’s worth it. Thank you!

Extremely Disappointing First Visit – Poor Communication and Unprofessional Care I came in for my first appointment primarily to get an updated referral and X-rays for my wisdom teeth, along with a cleaning and cavity check. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and disorganized. When I explained my needs, the staff seemed unsure about the process. The dentist told me I couldn’t be referred to oral surgery and that I would need to contact my medical provider, even though I asked specifically about clinics that accept my insurance. I was also told I would need separate appointments for the cleaning and cavity check, despite expecting these services during a first visit. During the appointment, the staff were speaking Spanish to each other while I was in the room, even though I could understand them. The dentist did not address this, and communication felt exclusionary. The cleaning I received was incomplete—there was no flossing, and my mouth was not fully rinsed. Overall, I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, organization, and proper patient communication. I hope the clinic improves their standards of care, communication with patients, and thoroughness during appointments.

I was there last week Wednesday I had one tooth extracted due to cracked filling/infection so far so good still in recovery stage some soreness from extraction area no more bleeding and also had bone graft Found everyone super friendly, pleasant, helpful, and informative

The best doctor and all staff are so nice and supportive the waiting time is ok for me other place if you have medical they don’t even giving you the call to get appointments I recommend all of my freind to go their I driving all the way from Albany to Pittsburgh to get this service I treated so well i appreciated the doctor and all staff for what they doing for me thank you so much!

Horrible. I went in October for a crown molding /root canal for my chipped two front teeth. Everything there in the office went well, but the Lab they use for the permanent molds lost the photos of my teeth in December, then in January the Lab lost my permanent molding. So now I have to go back in to do the molding all over again, and have to wait 4 more weeks for my permanent molding. So 4 months I am having to wait. Dentist office uses ancient equipment.

Took 2+ hours for X-rays and basic cleaning, no fillings. Appointment was at 11 got called back at 12. Why schedule appointments for a time in which you already have so many other patients scheduled? Staff was nice, but one of the assistants ripped my gums up trying to floss. Won’t be going back and don’t recommend.
