The office was clean, staff knowledgeable and Dr was thorough. I went in for the hygiene promotion $39. I'd say that's an exceptional offer. I worked for very high end Dental offices from back office Lead assistant to management even treatment coordinator positions for many years so I do have high expectations. My only concern or lose end here was the doctor that evaluated was not going to be the same doctor to evaluate my teeth for veneers or composite feelings on my front teeth. I was also recommended aligning my teeth with ortho trays. I left empty handed no ideas of the costs for veneers vs composite restorations or the recommended ortho. As a treatment coordinator I woulda presented both options ( I'm paying cash) for the patient to take home with the cost of ortho which the diagnosing dentist recommended. It leaves one still calling around for prices. I enjoyed the staff and visit. I'd highly recommend them for the cleaning promotion. I feel confident in filling my cavity with the doctor here. The facility is clean and all the employees were happy even for a Saturday afternoon appointment.

I’ve had a great experience at TruSmile from start to finish. The entire team is so warm and welcoming, and they truly made me feel comfortable and heard. My initial cleaning was with Diane, and she was absolutely incredible—thorough and kind. My second visit was just as great. I got to meet some new staff, and everyone was super kind and welcoming as well. Dr. Garcia and Denise were very professional and made the visit comfortable and seamless. I really liked the hygienist I had this time. Did a great job making me feel comfortable and communicated very well. This was my 4th time there and have had a different dental hygienist each time. Hopefully I can stick with this one in the future. I dont know if the dentist introduced himself. He only spent a few minutes examining my mouth. Didn't have much to say. I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or the dental hygienist when he made his one or two comments.
