My son has been gone here for about eight months. The ladies that work at the front desk are the best. There’s a lady name Miss Patty that worked on my son braces today 7-8 . Oh my God I love her she was so sweet. Mrs Patty took the time to Explain to me about his visits and how things are coming along. It’s always good when you can take yourself or Child to an appointment a the staff be friendly .

Dr. Do's people skills are terrible. I took in my 5 year old child for dental work and from the start the atmosphere from her staff was unwelcoming. Not kid friendly whatsoever. During the procedure my child did GREAT but there was a point where it seemed to me that he felt discomfort because of too much liquid down his throat. I know how that feels and as an adult I can communicate to my dentist to quickly stop to provide me more suction. This was my child's first mayor dental procedure, so I felt the need to tell Dr. Do to quickly stop to provide him more suction. It took her less than 15 seconds to do this. After the Dr. was done she followed me to the front and very rudely told me that she will no longer treat my child and I should take him to a pediatric dentist where my child would be put under and not feel any discomfort at all. I do not want my child to be put under. She advertises she works with kids so I thought she would be a good option but based on my experience she's really not kid friendly or friendly at all for that matter. Dr. Do, you did not do me a favor for treating my child. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to a dentist that will not be easily bothered for asking for a bit more suction for my child.

Dentist is RUDE!! She told us that we haven't been there in awhile and need to make it a priority to go. She even went to say that our children need to miss school to come see her. A few years ago, we went to another dentist because she insisted us to use a credit card instead of our debit card so we can earn points LOL. We thought that was a little strange and personal but we gave her another chance and this time broke the straw on the camel's back. I would rather drive an hour to go see a friendly dentist than to give her our money again.

Kids have been treated by Dr. Do for 4-5 years now. My son (8 yrs) had his first filling last week with local anesthesia. He had no complaints except that he had to miss a soccer game that evening. Saturday hours are very convenient!

My daughter has been a patient for 2 years. No complaints with the dentist, but mostly for her unexperienced staff. I scheduled a Saturday apt, canceled the apt, and rescheduled for the following Thursday, only to get there and they say that they're closed and never had me on the schedule. I am a working mother and took off work, pulled my daughter out of school and wasted my time. I know for sure I rescheduled for Thursday and her incompetent staff failed to put me on the schedule. Needless to say I'm done with this dental practice, although I loved the dentist. Note: to manager/dentist, please train your staff to do better at customer service. Very irritated and disappointed.

Dr Do has not one kid friendly bone in her body not customer service at all. Both my kids never liked her and she is too rough on the kids mouths let alone telling a 10 year old to "stop moving so much the tool is sharp and you can get injured" while her assistant was down his throat with the suction. My other 7 year old left out of there for a cleaning and complained his mouth was hurting the whole time we were at a carnival. She is very rude and I as a parent when questioned her while working on my child's mouth whom was CRYING TEARS because he was in pain from her digging etc she basically got short with me and aggy for being concerned and insulted me. If you want your kids to have a better experience and not be afraid of the dentist send them to any other dentist in Pearland cause this woman is not IT!!!! She should rename the practice as Frown dental.

Dr. Do is great. She is knowledgeable and caring and has a nice staff. You also don't have to schedule an appointment way out in the future to be able to be seen which is good. I recently moved to Missouri City but will keep driving back to Pearland to go to her when needed.
