Best dental experience I’ve had. The staff is friendly and professional, never a long wait, and the dentist actually takes time to explain everything without making you feel rushed or judged. Office is clean and modern. Billing is always transparent — no surprise charges. If you’ve been putting off finding a dentist, this is the place.

Although they are opened on Friday’s you’re never able to get in touch with anyone via phone call. The voicemail even states that they are opened on Friday’s.

My experience with this dentist office was good. I felt comfortable the whole time and it felt more like a family environment. The staff was exceptional with scheduling and catering to all my needs at the office while I was getting wisdom teeth pulled. The Doctor’s bed side manners was awesome the whole time never once I felt out of place and I would recommend them to anyone….

Office disorganized and not forthcoming with their requirements for appts. They will allow you to make an appointment then when you show up for said appt demand a referral or you won't be seen. Although they will repeat the same process that they needed for the referral. Lazy people wanting to have free time.

I was looking for a new dentist and came across this place and was excited to see how it was! I called to make an appointment and received a confirmation email only to show up on the date and time of my appointment and have the front desk receptionist tell me they don’t have my appointment. She tried to explain that sometimes appointments online can get lost or mixed up but I told her that I had CALLED and talk to someone, gave them all of my information, received a confirmation email just for them to have no appointment under me? Ridiculous. I read another review talking about the lack of professionalism and customer service and I have to agree. Me and the receptionist stood in silence looking at each other awkwardly and I had to prompt her to tell me why this has happened, if there is anything she could do for me, and if there were any appointments available or if I just had to reschedule it. And finally after rescheduling it I was waiting for her to give me any confirmation and she looks at me and asks if I’m ok as if I didn’t just waste my time showing up for a confirmed appointment?? I do not recommend this dentistry to anybody the lack of professionalism and care for customers is obvious.

I had been searching for a new dentist because I have new insurance. Came across the office and decided to call them because I was experiencing some extreme discomfort. I was a new patient and they got me in same day. Wow!! Definitely unheard of and unexpected. When I say they got me in in less than 2 hours and treated me with such care. Dr. A is without a doubt my new dentist. The office staff are very nice and the office is beautiful. Dr. A referred me to a great specialist and walked me through the process and assured me that he’d be who I follow up with afterwards. Great experience. Definitely not the typical dentist experience. Highly recommend this doctor and practice!! Thank you all so much.

My best dental experience to date! This office is clean and geared for customer comfort. The staff is friendly and polite. Dr. Elison was prompt and very informative. My post care was great and I will definitely be back and also referring my family. It feels great to have found a dental office that I can call home.
