I had an excellent experience when calling to schedule an appointment today, and I want to give a special shoutout to the front office staff Brittany! From the moment she answered my call, she was welcoming, professional, and extremely patient. Scheduling was smooth, and she took the time to answer all my questions about treatment options and insurance without making me feel rushed. Her friendly attitude really helped ease my nerves, so I am now ready for my first visit. It's clear Brittany genuinely cares about patients and goes above and beyond to provide great service. I look forward to my upcoming visit!

I usually get anxious about dental visits, but this place completely changed that for me. The staff was gentle, patient, and very reassuring. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m so glad I found this office! I also told them of my concerns regarding the bad reviews and they advised there is now new staffing in place to address the concerns but my experience was great!

If you don't want lack of communication and frequent rescheduling of your appointments don't go here. This was formerly Radford family dentistry and ever since they were bought out this establishment has been horrible.

Was told 7/20/2024 after my son’s cleaning that he needed more work and to come back on 7/27/2024 at 9am. I called twice, left a message and sent messages on their app to confirm as I never got a confirmation text or a phone call. No one ever got back to me. So we show up because I didn’t want to be charged a "no show" fee if we actually did have an appointment and no one is here. The quality and professionalism of this business has gone way down. I won’t be bringing my children back here. It’s a different dentist every time we come. We’ve had to wait way too long for my son’s appliances and have had to come back for more impressions because they’ve lost his appliances after they called me to tell me it’s ready to be picked up. Luckily I kept the voicemail as proof after they told me I was never called. My younger boys are afraid of the dentist now because instead of explaining what they are going to do to their teeth to ease their anxiety, they just go in and get to work. They are definitely not kid friendly.

Absolutely bad communication, constant rescheduling last minute, no shows showed up to appointment waited a hour and no one arrived, called numerous amounts of time after to figure out why and to reschedule no one picked up or even took the time to reschedule. -00/10

Today was my sons first appointment here. Long story short we had to move dentist because where we use to go kept canceling his appointment. We spoke with them on Thursday and they were able to get in the next day which is today Friday. From the beginning they were nothing more then professional and wanted nothing but the best for my son. Helped us with the paperwork and any questions we had. During his appointment everything was so smooth they showed him the office and made him super comfortable. They gave him some coloring paper and markers played with him. Once Dr.Radford came in did his cleaning and he answered every question I had. It’s such a relive that we were able to find a new dentist in short amount of time but also how caring, friendly they were. I would recommend this office 100% you feel a peace of mind. If your looking for a new dentist let this place be your new home.
