Les doy una estrella para poder escribir porque ni una estrella se merecen en agosto del 2018 estuve ahí por una limpieza y resulta ser que después que me hacen la limpieza que viene el médico me dice que tenía como 4 caries y que el diente número 10 lo podía perder en cualquier momento que me podía cambiar de color o me podía salir mal olor o infección en fin que me tenía que hacer un tratamiento de casi $700 para salvarmelo y más las caries serían casi $2000 en fin na acepte nada de esto que ellos me propusieron y me fui a casa.Como a los dos meses me empiezan a mandar un bill a pagar 30 Dollares y yo digo porque de donde si yo nunca antes había usado mi insurance y mi insurance cubre una limpieza gratis cada 6 meses, nunca pague ni voy a pagar el bill y hoy 25 de febrero del 2019 me dirigí a DDS ubicado en 11901 Shadow Creek Parkway suite135 Pearland TX 77584 y me hicieron una limpieza magnifica gratis con mi insurance me dieron un trato magnífico y cuando viene el doctor y me hace el examen que le digo que me chequee el diente waoo me dice que ay yo no tengo nada que solo que esta pequeño pero no tengo nada y le digo y cuantas caries tengo ninguna carie tú boca está perfecta. En fin no vayan atenderse jamás a Dental Care of Pealand tratan de una manera u otra sacarte de el dinero dándote diagnósticos falso

My brother and I were there for an adjustment to my dentures that we're causing me some discomfort in my mouth. The receptionist said they would try to work us in. After a little wait we were brought in and examined. The nurse was very polite and quickly set me up. The Docter quickly noticed the necessary work that needed to be done and adjusted my dentures. He also recommended new denture and I got an estimate that I was very pleased with and accepted. I looking forward to have this work schedule and completed. Thanks for a very courteous and professional visit.

I was excited about finding a dentist until I wasn't. As an act of courtesy, the two women at the front desk took all my information, including my secondary insurance, which I told the brunette was Medicaid. The blonde took the card, then the brunette brought it back with my TDL. Neither one of the ladies told me they don't take Medicaid insurance. They let me go through all those procedures. The blonde brought the documents I should have been given first. Instead, she brought it into the room with the information and my co-pay amount. When I told her I had the secondary insurance, she made an ugly face and said, "We don't accept Medicaid". I said I'd have to find one that did. I got the feeling I was being rushed to leave. I had a real bad feeling about having gone there.

Excellent organization and planning. Great reminders. Kind service with modern office and high quality of equipment. Super friendly staff!!

First time visit and I was impressed by how nice the office is and how nice and professional the front desk staff, hygienist and Dentist were. I am new to Pearland and so happy I found a dentist that cares about his patients

This is my first time to use Dental Care of Pearland; I was very pleased. Straightforward conversations about what needed to be done to my broke tooth and pricing. I felt like the dentist and his assistant were more than competent and was pleased with the results.

The cleaning that was done was done perfectly. The receptionist and woman who did my cleaning were kind, upfront with costs, and took much care with making sure I was comfortable. However the Dentist that saw me made a few comments that made me a bit uncomfortable. I havent been to the dentist in many years due to leaving a unwelcoming home and not having insurance as a result. I was unable to see a dentist until recently because of my financial situation. My dentist Richard, made a note of the many cavities (that i knew i had) and said "youd be a lot prettier if you could keep your teeth. Ill be surprised if you dont have crowns at 30" and without asking me about my brushing and cleaning habits (which i take seriously now that im in a healthy environment) he said "ever heard of a new invention called dental floss?" I have another cleaning scheduled in 6 months. But im heavily considering seeing another office due to being made to feel ashamed of the problems i came to fix.
