Absolutely love this place because of everyone that works here. Dentist are scary for me, but not here. These people gave me back my smile in every way. I came with no confidence and now I lead everywhere I go with a big smile! I had very major work done and everything was clearly explained and a game plan laid out. I had many options with what I chose, the price i wanted to stay within, and financing options. The communication is outstanding as well as the quality of work. The doctor is outstanding and puts me at ease each time, as well as his outstanding staff. I love this place, who says that about a dentist!!

My insurance did not start until May. However, I was still able to get affordable x-rays and treated for the tooth extraction same day! The credit card I applied for was easy that provided affordable options that fit my budget. I have a follow up next week. I will start part 2 of treatment soon. Thanks for turning a painful experience into a positive experience.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 6+ years due to a traumatic experience with my wisdom teeth. I decided to take a chance for a dental cleaning. My hygienist, Allison, and Dr. Garza took great care of me. They explained to me the risks of periodontal disease and scheduled me for the next two appointments. The deep cleaning with Allison went great. She is so sweet and gentle with me. My wisdom teeth then started coming out and I had booked an appointment for a consultation for extraction. Dr. Garza explained to me the wisdom teeth was penetrating into my sinus and that it’s recommended to take it out asap. The extraction was done on the same day. The whole team here is so fantastic. He also gave me a decaf iced mocha after my extraction to help with the bleeding. Would definitely recommend coming to this place.

I went to Castle Dental in Pearland for a consultation to get an implant. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the two girls behind the desk. After less than 5 minutes, I was taken back for X-rays. I then met Dr Malik and her assistant, Mary. They were both very nice. Dr Malik found some problems in my X-rays that were going to require a bit of work before I could have an implant done, and she offered to do it that day since she had time. It turned into a very long procedure and she spent several hours working on me. She and Mary did everything they could to keep me relaxed and comfortable. They were both very helpful. Dr Malik is a very knowledgeable, kind and caring person and I truly felt that she was very genuine. So far, I feel that she is an excellent periodontist.

I made an appointment with my daughter at this clinic because she was on my dental insurance, the day of the appointment we were there for 3 hours during the clinic and they never did our teeth cleaning. They took x-rays and we were seen by a doctor who turned out to be out of network. I now have two bills for over $400 each and I can say that I did not receive any service. I lost a day of work, 3 hours of fatigue, no service, just excuses. Seriously they could not check my insurance card from the beginning and inform me in time? They made decisions without verifying coverage and now my insurance doesn't want to pay? I can state that even the x-rays were not delivered to me. By the way, the x-rays are taken by a nurse and charged to a doctor who is not in network. It makes no sense to me. I am so outraged, I don't even use an expensive phone and they want me to pay $938 for a wasted day with no dental service. It's a mockery, I feel totally ripped off. Pedí cita con mi hija en esta clínica porque estaba en mi seguro dental, el día de la cita estuvimos 3 horas en la clínica y nunca nos hicieron la limpieza dental. Nos hicieron radiografías y nos atendió un médico que resultó estar fuera de la red. Ahora tengo dos facturas de más de 400 dólares cada una y puedo decir que no recibí ningún servicio. Perdí un día de trabajo, 3 horas de fatiga, ningún servicio, sólo excusas. ¿En serio no pudieron comprobar mi tarjeta de seguro desde el principio e informarme a tiempo? ¿Tomaron decisiones sin verificar la cobertura y ahora mi seguro no quiere pagar? Puedo afirmar que ni siquiera me entregaron las radiografías. Por cierto, las radiografías las hace una enfermera y las cobra un médico que no está en la red. Para mí no tiene sentido. Estoy muy indignada, ni siquiera uso un teléfono caro y quieren que pague 938 dólares por un día perdido sin servicio dental. Es una burla, me siento totalmente estafada.
