Yasmin, Ashley Kevin and Dr Walker amazing staff! Yasmin made me feel very comfortable with taking X-rays she was very concern with my comfort. Kevin my hygienist very informative Ashley customer service was great at explaining my cost as a patient compared to what insurance would cover. Dr Walker was great with explaining the next steps. Very confident and caring. I wish I had met this team long ago.

These people are just so sweet and helpful. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend!

This was my first time ever writing a review, but the experience was so bad that I feel I need to share it. The X-ray biter they used was extremely large and uncomfortable, and there is only one size instead of small option. When they put it in my mouth, I immediately felt like I was going to throw up. To avoid vomiting on the staff member’s hand, I instinctively pushed their hand away. Instead of showing understanding, the staff member became upset and told me not to push their hand. After that, they added an even larger plastic holder to the X-ray machine. The entire device was far too big for my mouth and almost tore the inside of my mouth and gums. It was painful and very distressing. I will never return to this place. The staff attitude was poor, and the equipment felt outdated and poorly suited for patients. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

This was a very amazing experience for me .I have been blessed to have them in my life for this journey. They've been amazing people very professional knowledgeable, and the atmosphere made me feel extremely comfortable. But most of all now I have a beautiful smile thanks to you guys for everything. I recommend anyone who's feeling a shame about their smile.Aqua is the place to go.

Dr. Dia is the best. He truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. He is always willing to hear out concerns and ensure that appointments are available. The best doctor I’ve had!

I went to Aqua Dental in Pearland for the first time today — my first dentist visit in over 4 years — and honestly, I had a really good experience! I was a little nervous at first, but everyone there made me feel comfortable right away. When I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and were very polite when explaining everything ****Just a heads up**** they do ask for co-pays for most services, which I understand since that’s how a lot of offices work now. ALSO THEY HAVE A NO SHOW POLICY WHICH I ATTACHED BELOW which I think is insane but fair. I thought Medicaid would cover everything, but it didn’t, so I ended up paying out of pocket. It was a little unexpected, but they explained it clearly and were respectful about it. The dental tech who did my X-rays was super funny and relatable, she made me laugh and helped me feel less tense while getting everything scanned. The dental hygienist and doctor were both very professional and took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and what steps I should take next. I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were, especially since it had been so long since my last visit. Overall, I left feeling really positive about the whole experience. The staff here is kind, professional, and they make sure you’re taken care of. I’d definitely recommend Aqua Dental to anyone in Pearland looking for a clean, friendly, and trustworthy dental office! 🦷✨
