Tuve una excelente experiencia con el Dr. Héctor. Me realizó una limpieza dental increíblemente completa y cuidadosa; sinceramente, nunca antes me habían hecho una limpieza tan bien hecha. Se tomó su tiempo, fue muy profesional y detallista, y además explicó cada paso del procedimiento, lo que me hizo sentir tranquila y en confianza. El trato fue amable desde el inicio y el resultado superó mis expectativas. Salí con una sensación de limpieza y frescura que nunca había sentido antes. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100%.

Extremely aggressive, very rude & waited 1 hour on the waiting room, finally they send me to the back, he started complaining of how i missed my last appointment. last time there he did a cleaning had a small filling ask him if he could fix it and he said no and by him doing a CLEANING MY TEETH DID A BIGGER HOLE!!! ON THE BACK OF MY FRONT TOOTH, WENT BACK Told him what teeth was bothering me EVERY TIME I WILL EAT and he said he didn't care he was going to fix the teeth in the back which that teeth was perfectly fine. He also was yelling at me like if i was his daughter and ask me to get up from the chair to stop wasting his time and to go somewhere else.

Never going back again ! I don’t like the way I’m handled . As if I’m just some Medicaid number . I feel rushed . It’s very unprofessional. Ever since the Asian dentist left , it just went downhill !!!! People don’t like to do their job ! Also alot of misinformation/ lack of communication with the receptionist I called around March for my yearly cleaning . I was told I have to wait for April because I wasn’t due yet . I Called April . I Was informed to make an appointment after the 13th . So I automatically assumed maybe it has to be a full year to the date.. for it can be accepted by insurance !!! Giving them the benefit of the doubt. I called after the April 13th to make appointment , now their fully booked until May 😆😆😆🙄 I called my insurance to ask questions . They told me it only has to be a year . & the date don’t matter . I’ll take my Medicaid elsewhere

I've been coming to Dental Plaza for more than 15 years now. The awesome staff here are like family. Dr. D'Allesio is like that cool, calm uncle type. He possesses gentle hands and has done plenty corrective dental work on me. I recommend him and the entire staff here to everyone . Marisol, Denise, all the helpful ladies at the front desk, and the always professional and reassuring xray technicians are part of one of the best dentist team in the area. My sincere thanks and gratitude to you all.

Dr Ruiz Ruined my two front teeth. Paid out of pocket for crowns that kept falling out. Kept having to go every month to cement them back in. Never went back. She recemented the teeth the last time. They fell out within hours. Never go to this place. Bertha Ruiz should lose her license. And she is married to the other dentist in there too. Horrible place.

If you want extra radiation, go here! When they do work it's good quality . But they took a million exrays and sent me home plenty of times due to not being enough time . Then they went of vacations . I waited weeks for an appointment. Just to get more exrays and be sent home . I have holes in my tooth due to getting root canals they put temporary fillings that devolve and they didn't have time for me before my teeth became hollow and now they sent me home with out doing anything! I miss seeds and nuts , meet not getting stuck .... my teeth are rotting due to their understaffed un comuniticive doctors . I'm frustrated
