Broadway Dental Center

La verdad a dental center en Broadway no lo recomiendo para son pésimos tanto como en el servicio como la secretaria pq un familiar mío fue ahí para aserse un inplante y la verdad no son profesionales pq lo prinero que isieron fue cobrar todos costos y de ahí para que le terminaran el trabajo espero cómo tres meses AAA y eso si también asen a que le pongan like cuándo ni siquiera trabajan bien nunca mas6 regresemos ahí 🤢🤢

Mala antencion te pone la cita y tú viene y nadie te atiende no pierda el tiempo en venir a este lugar son malo y muy mala atención

Es pésimo el doctor que hace los tratamientos de canal va una sola vez al mes y siempre llega tarde o siempre se le presenta un problema .

I've had multiple frustrating experiences with this place. Initially, they called me to schedule an appointment, which we set for 3:30 p.m. since that's when I get out of work. Later, they contacted me again to reschedule, explaining that they didn't want to wait because there were no appointments scheduled between noon and 3:30 p.m. This left me wondering why the appointment was offered at that time in the first place. On another occasion, I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to find that the office was closed due to inclement weather. I was not notified of the closure, even though I had received a text just two hours earlier confirming the appointment. Overall, the lack of communication and poor scheduling have made this a disappointing experience. I've decided to move on and find another provider. I hope this local and its staff are able get it together.

After a Root Canal this place does NOT PUT A TEMPORARY CAP ON THE HOLE. THEY TELL YOU TO LEAVE WITH A METAL POST STICKING OUT YOUR TOOTH. You have to make another Appointment with a DIFFERENT DENTIST for the Cap. She was horrible. The Temp. Cap was so TIGHT and JAGGED I called office. She said Come back in two hours. By 30 minutes the temp. cap Popped Off. It wasnt even glued Mounted/Properly. OFFICE ASST SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. SHE TOLD DENTIST IT IS 12PM I TAKE MY LUNCH EVERYDAY AT 12PM. AND "SHE LEFT" I HAD TO HOLD THAT SUCTION IN MY OWN MOUTH. AND DENTIST WAS WITHOUT AN ASSISTANT TRYING TO MAKE A MOLD FOR A CAP. THIS PLACE IS A CIRCUS. TOO MANY DIFFERENT DENTISTS COME TO WORK IN HERE. IT IS NOT A REGULAR DOCTOR OFFICE. ONE DENTIST/DOCTOR ONLY

Not only Sharon who took my x-rays was rude and disrespectful but the guy who is their dentist didn't know what he was doing either. People look for another dentist before deciding to come here.
