I went to see a new dentist with a lot of anxiety and fear going in. Dental visits have never been easy for me, so trying someone new felt overwhelming. From the moment I sat in the chair, Dr. Tony completely changed that experience. He was incredibly calm and patient, and he took the time to explain everything before doing it. Nothing felt rushed or unexpected. He walked me through each step in a way that made me feel informed and in control, which helped ease my nerves more than I can say. What really stood out was his chairside manner. He laughed with me, kept the atmosphere light, and made it feel like a normal conversation instead of a stressful appointment. I never felt judged or embarrassed, just supported. For the first time in a long time, I left a dental office feeling relieved and even… excited to go back. I’m so grateful for the experience and feel confident saying Dr. Tony will be my dentist going forward. If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, I truly can’t recommend him enough!!! Dr. Tony and his staff are the best around. I happily drive over 40 minutes to this office and will continue to do so. He makes going to the dentist super easy and is always putting his patients first. I can’t thank them enough ! 🙂

A true hidden gem. Not to mention, I live less than a mile from this place and just recently realized and made an appointment for a ingrowing wisdom tooth causing me severe pain and stress. This wonderful receptionist I spoke to over the phone was able to fit me in for a consultation THAT day within an HOUR! talk about high service at a speedy time frame. I was very pleased with my entire experience and the staff at Parma family dentistry. Dr. Judy was able to confirm and refer me to a dental oral surgeon who was fantastic by the way, thank you Dr. Danko. They also sent over the X-rays within a very reasonable time frame with no hesitation or issues. I will be returning as a patient for-sure as I found out I need to get a root canal done soon. Will be calling them shortly. Thank you again Parma Family Dentistry for all of your support and help during this extremely painful process you were outstanding!

As a new patient I felt right at home with everyone here. My hygienist, Autumn, was so nice and explained a lot of helpful dental hygiene tips to me. Dr. Tony was just as informative and easy to talk with. Glad to have found them!

My whole family comes here, even my 11 y.o son and this dentist is so comforting, makes you feel like family. I have had lots of work done here and I truly don’t mind coming to the dentist.

I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Tony, and he was absolutely great—gentle, patient, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the entire procedure and any risks involved. The receptionist Becky was amazing as well; I couldn’t find my dental insurance information through my employer, and she went above and beyond to locate it for me. The dental assistants and techs who helped Dr. Tony were also very friendly, kind, and gentle. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. This will definitely be my new dentist!

I recently switched to Parma Family Dentistry and after my first appointment, I knew I made the right decision! From the moment I walked in, everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. My fiancé highly recommended Autumn as a dental hygienist, and she absolutely lived up to the praise. She was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and made me feel well taken care of throughout the entire cleaning. I left with my teeth feeling amazing and loved seeing my smile afterward! Even though this office is out of network for my insurance (which is excellent), I knowingly took the risk because I wanted the best care—and it was absolutely worth the small extra cost. The level of service and attention to detail I received justified every penny. That said, if they were in-network, it would be a huge bonus, and I’d encourage them to explore that as an improvement area. Beyond Dr. Tony and Autumn, everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. It’s rare to be excited about a dentist appointment, but after this experience, I genuinely look forward to going back. Highly recommend!
