Dr. Singh is great! She’s kind and very thorough in her explaining whatever the issue is. The staff is wonderful as well. I take both of my toddlers there and it’s always a fun experience. They both love going to the dentist and the staff make it easier for them to finish their appointments. We’ve been going for about 3 years and even with an insurance change, I still made the effort to be going with Dr. Singh and Palo Alto Dental Wellness.

We love Dr. Singh and her dental hygienist. I brought my daughter in for a cleaning and Dr Singh was patient and thorough with her exam. I have been coming here for years for my own care and truly appreciate her conservative and thoughtful approach to dental care. The practice even has sugar free lollipops for the kids. 🙂 Thank you PA Dental Wellness!

Dr Singh and her back office staff and hygienist are great. However the front office makes me uncomfortable. It’s offensive when they say we have to collect before you even sit down. I have theee kids and myself and we use Dental Wellness (except my daughter who is back east in college). Never have I not paid. We have a great dental plan and FSAs that cover but it’s clear that it is all about how much money they can get out of you. I have never had an experience where a doctor or dentist asked for money up front and all of our doctors are at Stanford. I just had a root canal with a specialist and they simply told me how much was covered with my plan and what my out of pocket would be and accepted payment when my treatment was complete. Dr. Singh should know that I thought about changing dentist because of this but do value her as a dentist. I also had to pay for a filling that was put in 4 months ago and it popped out. It’s not that big of a deal but did make me question their commitment to the quality when a filling pops out from flossing. I’ve talked with other friends who agree with me.

Very poor experience. I had a filling done on my front tooth here, and it broke within just a few weeks. Because of the damage, I had to see another dentist and ended up needing a crown, which was an unexpected and costly outcome. This is extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
