When I first entered the office, it was clean and a welcoming environment. The new patient questioner sheets had to many questions, to the point that no longer desire to continue answering some of them. The counter staff very friendly and attentive and accommodating. The dental assistant very professional and informative, and quite thorough. The dentist, very kind and experienced. I needed to make an appointment to start working with my dental issues after the evaluation. Great experience, I will strongly recommend.

Among other things, she repaired a dental implant and did a comprehensive check. Im extremely satisfied with her work. She is an expert in her field and gave me the best advice. My dealings with the dentist and the hygienist for cleaning are awesome. Give them a five star however, the office is another matter. I was recently billed a higher than normal rate because my insurance doesn’t cover it, but they didn’t bother to tell me before the service was provided not very happy about that.

I recently had my first dental appointment at Smiles on Cypress Point . I was anxious a little bit, because I went to my last dentist 30+ years and didn’t think about ever needing another dentist. After retiring in June my husband and I were needing a new dentist. Smiley’s staff and "girls at the desk area" and Sarah Gibbs DDS & MDS were "Awesome". From Ansley at Check In whom calmed my anxiety.I love Grace! She did my exam thoroughly and professionally. She took my x-rays and let me know what to expect next so there were no surprises. Grace answered my questions I had for her at that time. Sarah ( DDS) came in and we discussed plan options, the X-ray results, any questions that I had for her. VERY NICE Experience from beginning of the appointment to the end. Thank You Smiley’s !

LaShanti was a pure joy as was my hygienist Camille. I think Dr Beckton was very thorough, efficient and personable. I was treated with great care. I know i will be very happy at this dental office. The entire staff is great and easy to work with!

I needed a a small filling filled and a basic cleaning. They did a thorough mouth X-ray scan. Told me I need 4 crowns and a deep cleaning and charged me $90. That’s ok , however they said a deep cleaning is 700 out of pocket. Confused me on my insurance portion if any . I was even told they were out of network and only received pricing and can’t file claims? The doctor and nurse were very good at telling me how bad my teeth and gums were . And they can’t legally do a cleaning??? Since I have bad gums? Again? That’s my understanding. Each time I called my insurance there was nobody at the office available to talk to them. I do not know l am more frustrated with my insurance or your office. Very professional and very expensive. For me anyway…
