El profesionalismo de los doctores y Demas staff en El interior es exceptional; sin embargo se ve opacado con la falta de modales de algunas personas en la recepcion. Es muy grotesco llegar a un Lugar muy limpio y pulcro y encontrarse El vaso de frape de la recepcionista en la mesa de recepcion. Me han envolatado El balance mensual que pago por la ortodoncia de mi hija y aun estoy esperando una revision de mi cuenta pues parece que hay Algo mal. Me pregunto donde estan Los jefes?

First visit with Little Smiles today and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so friendly. They were great with my daughter and making her feel comfortable. Really happy I chose them and hands down, would recommend them

We recently moved to the area and were a little nervous about finding new healthcare providers, but this dental office made our transition so easy. From the moment we walked in for our first appointment, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable right away. The office was clean, well organized, and ran on time, which we really appreciated. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and clearly cared about providing quality care rather than rushing through the visit. It honestly felt like we had been patients there for years, not just our first appointment.

The dental hygienists and dentist were overall great, but the time management was lacking. We arrived 20 minutes prior to our appointment, and still had to wait 15 minutes after our scheduled time. The dental hygienists were great with my children, but once we were done we were stuck waiting again. So much so, that I even saw them getting on their phones and talking to each other about how far behind the dentist was. Once it was our turn with the dentist, Emma was great! Very kind, listened to my children’s questions and answered accordingly. But then checking out we had to wait even more then just to get a school doctor’s note. I really like this dentist office, but I will be looking elsewhere that has better time management, especially when working with children. Two children’s dentist appointments with zero issues or problems should not take two hours.

My family had some insurance complications and the staff at Little Smiles went out of their way to make calls to help us reach a conclusion. My kids had first appointments there and both had a very good experience without being scared. They were complimented, smiled at, engaged with and made to feel safe. One of the staff even sang to my 1 year old to help him feel calm! We were encouraged to ask questions and things were explained clearly to us and our children. Overall it was a really positive experience. I’m so grateful to have a place like this to take my children.
