Dr. Henry Perez DDS

If I had an option to give zero stars, that is what is deserved at the dental office of Henry Perez. As a low income family on medical this was the dentist we used for our kids for basically their whole lives until the pandemic hit. My kids were scheduled for an appointment that they scheduled like 6 months in advance. I was out of town and my husband took off work to take them to their appointment. Upon arrival he was told they canceled the appointment because he did not call them back to confirm the appointment. That was not something we’d ever had to do before. And the lady was super rude. This office was always oddly rude to us so rightfully pissed we decided we no longer wanted to use his service. At this time we were no longer on medical so we had more options. Fast forward, all three of my kids have unusual dental complications that SHOULD have been addressed when they were kids. All three and now because Henry Perez is the worst dentist, they are having to have very unusual work done to set things right. The current dentist was appalled that this dental office never told us about these medical problems. All those years, all those X-rays… save your money and your mouth, go to a real dentist. You are worth it. Dr. Eggebratten in Oak View is our saving grace.

Dr Henry Perez aka PAINLESS PEREZ always lives up to his name. Even my son doesn't fear going to the dentist because it doesn't hurt him. He is the coolest dentist ever. He's very nice, friendly, and takes the time to educate all his clients how to maintain great looking healthy teeth. His team is very warm & friendly too. They ALL have a very positive and friendly attitude. I've been coming here with all my family since 2009. I like their follow-up to remind you of appointments. Besides their regular weekly schedule they are also open on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 7am to 11am. Make sure to schedule well in advance for a Saturday appointment. My family members and I schedule a family appointment 6 months in advance so we can come together. I highly recommend Dr Perez and his team for you and all your family!!

Have been a patient here for many years. The hygienists and office staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Trini is my hygienist and I just love her - so gentle and through. And she's super sweet.

I recently go to Dr Perez’s office in Oxnard and had two different services, cleaning with Debbie and filling with Dr.Neda Yermian, both are doing lovely. I said lovely because I am scared of any dentist office from childhood, both of them help me to make a good memory this time. Also when Dr. Neda ask Dr. Prez’s opinion about one of my tooth, I feel care and attention they provide for their patients in their office(which is rare these days). I strongly recommend them. You can talk with Christine or Disirin who sweetly help you with appointments. Thank you all🌷

The best most honest Dentist you'll ever find. Not going to upsell you things you don’t need. Love his staff, office is pleasant.
