Summercrest Dental - Dr. Daniel R. Gilstrap, DDS

The best staff ever!! They are most friendliest and professional office I have ever been too. I have tried several dentists and no can compare to Dr. Gilstrap. He takes the time to know you as the patient and also inform you about your teeth. I drive a distance to go here but its well worth it.

My experience at Summercrest Dental exceeded my high expectations. First off, it is a wonderful environment. It is professional, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Second, my wait time was next to nothing. I showed up on time, filled out my paperwork, and quickly went to see Dr. Gilstrap. Lastly, I think Dr. Gilstrap is at the top of his field. He is very knowledgeable, yet communicates to you clearly. I enjoyed my experience and have already recommended him to my friends and family.

Absolutely great! Dr Gilstrap is intelligent, caring, kind and gives detailed explanations regarding his treatment plan. The staff is wonderful! No one likes to go to the dentist...but, if you have to you will be completely satisfied with your care and outcome! A great dental smile is always good...but, one that comes from a great experience is even better!

I had a great experience at Summercrest Dental. Everything about it made it the best I've ever had at a dental office. I was happily greeted by the office manager Stefanie and taken care of by Christina the dental assistant who was very professional and sweet. Everyone that I saw as I went back to my room was very welcoming. A big shout out to Dr. Gilstrap! I have had some pretty bad experiences from past dental offices. He definitely restored my faith in the dental field. He was very informative and skilled. I knew everything he was going to do and I didn't feel a thing as he worked on me. I especially appreciate the way he was always concerned with my comfort and how fast and proficient he was. I normally want to get in and out of the dentist's office, but I about took a nap it was going so smooth. Glad I finally found a great team!!

Just had a checkup the other day and felt I needed to say what a great job Dr. Gilstrap and his staff did. Very easy to schedule appointments and get multiple reminders (which I desperately need to remember). Front desk and hygienist were both very professional and courteous, Dr. Gilstrap is always friendly and does a great job as does the office. Highly recommend in my opinion.

I can't recommend Dr. Gilstrap enough! I have had some awful dentists and came in with a crown that was ill fitted. Here they ensured that my new crown would fit perfectly and would cause me no pain. First month in a few years where I haven't thought about how much I'd rather have my teeth pulled. The staff is amazing and they are all great to work with.

In the past I have dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. Gilstrap and his staff are amazing! From the time I walked in the front door, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The receptionist was extremely helpful and warm, which made me feel at ease. The hygienist, Janelle, was hands down the most thorough, careful, and friendly hygienist I have ever been to. She listened to my concerns and fears and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. Lastly, Dr. Gilstrap himself was not only excellent at his job, but he also made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the process by engaging in the perfect amount of distracting conversation. Not once in the entire appointment did I feel like "just another customer", as I often have in the past at Dr's offices. I was treated like an important client. I would highly recommend Dr. Gilstrap to anyone, especially if you are normally a little scared or nervous about going to the dentist.
