I have extensive dental work, have sat in many dentist chairs and had wonderful dentists. With that said, I would refer my closest and dearest people to Dr. Nelson. He is very good at what he does, he and his staff go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I'm grateful to call him my dentist. His caring nature and professionalism is calming and peace filled. Thank you.

Shane Nelson might be a fine dentist, but I experienced his one of his staff members, Joy Novak to be the least accommodating office personnel I’ve ever encountered. I had extreme tooth pain and a brand new newborn and with my husband working out of town during the week, it was essentially impossible to get on the phone without my newborn crying. I explained my situation and pleaded with Joy to let me set up an appt via email. I let her know I was willing to send her any information and was happy to fill out any forms, but explained that getting on the phone was very difficult. She adamantly insisted that I had to call in was completely unmoving, uncaring and absolutely refused to accommodate. This barrier to entry does not help you to build trust with a client. If this dentist is a great one, I sincerely hope Joy doesn’t run future clients off like she did me.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Nelson. I was referred to him by a good friend. I need extensive dental work, and I have had dentist anxiety my whole life. He honestly is the best dentist I have ever seen. Very sweet, great bed side manner, professional, gentle and compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. He also made my tooth that broke off, look like a million bucks. His staff was very respectful and sweet, and even stayed after hours to fix my tooth, and still had an incredible attitude (Dr. Nelson, his assistant Ally and Joy). the top notch Massage Chairs that I got to use while waiting, was an added perk, and I could of stayed there all day. lol . Thank you again Dr. Nelson!!! You ROCK!!!!!

Dr. Nelson has done several involved dental procedures for me. He is beyond an excellent dentist. Explains everything beforehand and every step of the way during the procedure making sure I understand everything and am not in any pain. He is gentle with a kind, compassionate spirit definitely putting patients first. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I have been to lots of dentists across the country and he is at the top of my list for the best dentist ever.

I am incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Nelson for some of my dental needs. He is absolutely one of the kindest and greatest healthcare professionals I have ever seen. He truly takes the time to get to know you as a person and makes sure your needs are met with incredible detail and craftsmanship. I highly, highly recommend him and his wonderful team!

Dr. Nelson and his team are fantastic. I visited his office this afternoon as a new patient with a few different dental issues needing to be addressed. Everyone was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Nelson took his time addressing my issues, educating me on them, and answering all of my questions. He & Joy were great at coming up with a treatment plan and breaking down the steps for me. I highly recommend his office!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Nelson and his staff. I had a real fear of going to the dentist all my life due to some bad experiences as a child. But I needed some serious dental work done. I prayed and God answered. Dr. Nelson put me at ease immediately and took great care to make sure I was ok with every procedure. He's incredibly kind, as is his staff. I highly recommend Dr Nelson to those who might be fearful of going to the dentist. Or if you're just looking for awesome dental care!
