I visited Lenz Family Dentistry to have my crown seated following a root canal the previous week from my Endodontist. When I arrived at my appointment, the front office staff was very welcoming and were absolutely wonderful! The customer service I received was top notch. They went over what I should expect as it relates to billing and future scheduling. Once I went back for treatment, the wonderful customer service did not stop. [Dr. Paulsen] and her assistant [Miriam] fully explained everything that I should expect during the procedure, relieving any anxiety that I had. I also had a cleaning that day and my hygienist [Molly] did an amazing job. She too was equally as nice. This morning, I received a follow-up call from [Misha] regarding my procedure checking to see if all was okay, and if I had any questions. She was able to answer my questions and once again, the customer service was excellent. I've mentioned 'customer service' in this review quite a few times. I must say that over last several years, I've noticed that customer service is a dying art. It was ABSOLUTELY REFRESHING to experience the greatness this office exhibited. I highly recommend Lenz Family Dentistry for your dental needs. Kim D

The actual practice (dental staff, etc.) is wonderful. However, multiple times I've been met with quite a rude attitude over the phone. No SMS or prior call alert for the scheduled appointments are sent out, bcz of which once I missed my appointment time being in office hours, later called the office and inform to reschedule, your front desk phone staff is tarnishing an otherwise wonderful dentistry. Noncooperation from front office staffs.

I was very impressed with my first appointment at Lenz Family Dentistry. After finishing initial paperwork I was immediately taken into my first deep cleaning by Brook Dental Hygienist who was very professional and efficient. Brook was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and what she found during the cleaning. Then Dr Lenz quickly came in and followed up with a further examination and explained what was needed. I appreciated that everything was done in a timely manner everything was transparent and any questions I asked were answered with straightforward answers. I would highly recommend Lenz Family Dentistry.

I always have a great experience at Lenz Family Dentistry. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and they truly make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. I also really appreciate the honesty and transparency; they always give straightforward feedback and never push anything unnecessary. Highly recommend!

No question...this is a terrific group of people. From the women behind the reception desk, to the superb dental hygienists and the knowledgeable doctors I was surrounded by friendly, caring people. Add a great sense of humor and that describes the staff.
