I've been coming to this practice since their old location just across the street (~ 5 years) andI'm very happy with the people that treated me (my hygienists Jessica and Diane, and Dr Laham / Dr Viloria my DMDs). Everyone treats you, the patient, like you matter, and considering I still have all of my teeth, I think they do a very good and thorough job! Their new location is very modern and clean with much bigger waiting room containing small amenities like Keurig coffee/hot chocolate, a huge improvement from the old office, and all of the chairs now have multiple screens to show you your scans and images (maybe even TV channels in the future...?). If anything changes, I'll update this review but overall, very very happy that I come here and for the foreseeable future!

Dr Laham with Kansas Family Dental is a highly skilled dentist. I have had two crowns replaced and was very pleased with the results. He is very thorough, conscientious and caring. . I have regular cleanings with Diane the hygienist and consider her to be exceptional, thorough and conscientious as well. . I highly recommend this dental practice!

Painless and quick. They do beautiful dental work and are very pleasant and professional. I consider myself fortunate to have found them. I’ve had two crowns in the past 12 months and both feel like my regular teeth. The process was quick. In and out in about an hour.

Absolutely horrible staff not insuring my insurance coverage would pay. The crowns were months away from being eligible so in 6 months I have been out of pocket over 3 grand more than I should have. Stay away from this poorly run office. It is also poorly run due to my last claim being denied as the office didn't provide the preoperative x-rays to the insurance company. Horrible that they would not provide the insurance company everything needed for the claim. They also have not provided the new office location to the insurance company so the claim shows out of network.

I had a great experience with Kansas Family Dental, especially thanks to Kelsey. She went above and beyond to help me understand and fully utilize my dental insurance before the end of the year, which I truly appreciated. Kelsey was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my benefits and options so nothing went to waste. The office was welcoming, professional, and efficient from start to finish. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients, not just the appointment itself. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a team that’s helpful, organized, and truly on your side.

I have gone to the same dentist for 20+ years before she retired, and was overwhelmed at the prospect of having to find a new one. When an old filling broke, I went to a more "corporate" dental practice but left the consultation feeling bereft because it wasn't the best fit for my needs. A coworker recommended Kansas Family Dental to me, and I could not be happier about my experience. I tend to have a bit of anxiety when it comes to my teeth, but Dr. Laham and the staff assuaged my fears almost immediately. Even from the initial scheduling phone call, I felt more at ease. The front desk ladies were professional and kind, and Dr. Laham and his DAs Olga and Aubrey were thorough and explained everything as they went. I ended up having to get a crown, which I have never had before. What normally would have been a stressful affair at a strange new practice was made so much easier by the care and patience of everyone there. I imagine that they got tired of seeing me at my three appointments in rapid succession 😂, but I love that the turnaround time was so fast and I didn't have to wait long (2 days) for my permanent crown. They were transparent with pricing and refreshingly conscious of patient finances in general, and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need or ask for. Fantastic experience overall, and the intimate rather than corporate atmosphere was just the ticket for someone sensitive like me who has an aversion to dental work. You've gained a long time patient!
