I can honestly say I’ve had an outstanding experience with Gilroy Dentistry. Dr. Austin and his entire staff are top notch — not only in the quality of care they provide, but also in how comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely kind they make the entire experience feel. Going to the dentist is not something most people look forward to, but from the moment you walk in, they make you feel at ease. The professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are exceptional. Funny enough, ChatGPT (or "Echo" as I call it) actually recommended Gilroy Dentistry after comparing providers within my insurance network, and I’m genuinely glad it did. It turned out to be an excellent recommendation. Highly recommend Dr. Austin and the entire team to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients.

I had my 6 month cleaning today! I only waited minutes and was taken back! My cleaning was thorough, pleasant and positive. I have been going to this practice for more than 15 years! I highly recommend.

I usually see Barb for my preventative care but would be comfortable seeing any of their hygienists. Barb always makes me feel prioritized and important. And I’m skillfully informed of where I need to concentrate with my home care. The doctors are equally supportive with their recommendations and conservative care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

The dentist is not my favorite place. Gilroy Dental always makes me feel very comfortable. Everyone there is so nice and caring. I’ve lived in Overland Park for eight years. Dental hygienist Barb and Doc Austin are awesome! They thoroughly go over what they are doing, provide you a summary of what they have done, and then give you a detailed explanation for any procedure they propose! Smile because your "teeth" are always in good hands and care at Gilroy Dental Care!

Ashley was superb, efficient and professionally gentle at chairside. Dr. Gilroy was honest and explained with pictures ( taken by Ashley ) the need for further dental attention. A prompt return appt was made immediately. However, the big fish in the aquarium is still a total creepster.

The best dentists I've ever had. They know the patients very well, and their families. Excellent service. If there's an emergency, they'll find time to help. Great with kids. I've been with Gilroy Dental for approximately 20 years, moved 2 hours away,, but still travel to use their services. A fantastic staff, great people as well.
