The staff members are so rude. I had an xray done by a grumpy lady who gave me an attitude because she didn’t care to do her job correctly - she didn’t pick the right size wing tabs to fit my mouth. I was in tears because she was complaining that it was the end of the day and that I "wasn’t cooperating". Those tabs were too big for my mouth but she didn’t care about my discomfort. Avoid this place at all costs.

On 3 October, 2024 I had an appointment with Friendly Denistry for a deep cleaning. My experience was very positive as Dr.Le and his highly professional staff, were very thorough to examine my teeth and determine to what level of cleaning I needed. I have very sensitive teeth and just the onset of gum issues. Having a deep cleaning of my teeth required Dr. Le and his excellent staff to use special techniques to ensure my teeth and gums are thoroughly cleaned and everyone did an excellent job! I am grateful to Dr.Le and his staff for being attentive listeners and providing excellent, pain-free care. I highly recommend Friendly Dentistry. I know I will be returning for all my future dental needs!

Deep Cleaning Experience at Friendly Dentistry – October 15, 2025 I underwent a deep dental cleaning due to gum disease and sensitive teeth caused by a receding gum line. Dr. Le and his outstanding team at Friendly Dentistry provided exceptional care. They explained the procedure thoroughly using detailed x-rays, numbed my mouth completely, and performed a pain-free one-hour cleaning that removed plaque and tartar above and below the gum line. Despite my usual anxiety about dental visits, the warm and attentive staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Friendly Dentistry is the only place I trust for thorough, gentle dental care. Huge thanks to Dr. Le and his phenomenal team!

The care I receive here certainly lives up to the office's name. All the staffs and providers are super caring, friendly, enthusiastic, personable and will go the extra mile for their patients. Every time (been coming here since I was a child) I come out of the office, I am very satisfied with the service and come out with great sparkling teeth 🙂 I truly recommend Friendly Dentistry for adults and pediatrics alike--you will not be disappointed. I have been to Friendly Dentistry for more than 10 years. I think the cleaning is perfect and doctors and staffs there are very kind. Moreover, the waiting time is not too long; I had only waited for 5-10 minutes. I would definitely recommend going to this dentistry.

I have been to Friendly Dentist for more than seven years now. The Doctors and the staffs were incredibly friendly. It only takes ten minutes of waiting time and everything will be taken care of. I would recommend anyone to go to this decent Family Dentistry.

So I went here first for a dental cleaning. Everything appeared to be fine besides the fact that they're running an hour late and didn't say anything and it took close to three hours for me to get out of there. They also said that I had some cavities. After referring me to a specialist to check out one of my teeth The Specialist referred me back to get it extracted. When I showed up to my extraction appointment I was surprised to find out that they don't actually extract that tooth. I asked if there's any way they could have known this before me making an appointment, as I was going out of the country in one week. They said no because they didn't take X-rays, which they did. Then dr. Lee came out and said oh you have a lot of cavities you need filled. I informed him that I had had a dental cleaning six months ago where I had one cavity so I found it hard to believe that now half of my teeth have cavities, and I informed him I would be getting a second opinion. He told me to "have my boyfriend or husband take a picture of my mouth with a cell phone and I would be able to see them." Apparently these Medicaid dentists think they're the authority on Dentistry. I told them to their face that I would not be back. I have referrals for other low cost dentists that I can use from Johnson county department of health. Thanks for being disorganized and rude, NOT!
