Dentists of Overland Park

I came here as I was due for a cleaning. I’ve jumped around looking for a dentist the last 3 years and feel like I no longer need to search. From start to finish, everything went great! Booking- easy. Cleaning- stellar. Follow up- checkmark. The people were friendly, honest and weren’t trying to push anything that wasn’t needed. This is a place I would recommend to anyone. Give them a shot if you’re in the market for a new dental practice, you won’t be let down.

The staff is very friendly and kind. They are always very good at working with schedules. Im a college student who is not in town often and they always make time for me when I am home. The office is very nice as well.

There is a great team here, really comfortable atmosphere, and the hygienists are all very friendly and have a delicate hand. The transition from Dr. Engelmann to Dr. Singh has been great. Highly recommended.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, informed and able to make swift decisions and execution of administrative tasks and insurance questions. Dr. Charity did amazing work and was thorough, quick and very detail oriented and ensured satisfaction! Glad the area has this practice!

Great service every time. Sierra is always so friendly and bubbly. She makes the time go by so fast as you wait. Very great at follow up and setting appointment she is very informative and pleasant to talk to. Faiza my hygienist on 10/10 made it fun to do a deep cleaning she was personable and knowledgeable.. told u step by step what she was doing. Alicia who i saw the time before was also patient and amazing talked through the procedure. Jessica as well another hygienist there you could hear her interaction and could know everyone loved there job. Dr Charity is also so accommodating and cares about his patients they are a true family dental her in Overland park. I recommend all the time.....

Showed up at 10.50am for a 11am appt. Got checked-in. At 11.15am I ask when can I get in. Receptionist checks and says I will have to re-schedule you they are backed up and offered me a 5$ gift card. Complete dis-regard for your time. Scheduling an appt. here is a painful process!! Best part is they message you to be there early and will charge you hefty fee for a no-show. What a joke of a place and practice !!
