I recently had a procedure done with Dr. Burroughs, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. All the staff has been so kind, friendly, professional and reassuring. Dr. Burroughs took the time to explain to me the procedure and answered all my questions. He lets you know what to expect while the procedure is ongoing. He also checks up on you to make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. Post-procedure instructions were clear and my recovery has been smooth. I am grateful for the excellent care. Highly recommended!

This was my second root canal procedure in 5 years at Burroughs. I was able to get an appointment in a week after getting the referral from my dentist. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Burroughs and the nurse ( I don’t remember her name), were caring, efficient and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. No pain. Dr. Burroughs explained the procedure, during , and after to me. Very pleased with entire process.

My spouse needed a root canal, after a few phone calls to other places I was finally able to connect to these guys. Dr is amazing and the staff was great. Laurie was amazing in answering all my questions, great about follow up care and she provided me with the estimated cost very quickly. Thankful for this place!

I want to express my gratitude to Burroughs Endodontics for accommodating my referral from Smiley Dental. The doctor provided excellent explanations and demonstrated great care throughout my visit, and I also appreciated Laurie's kindness. One point of improvement I noticed is that I didn't receive a follow-up call, as was mentioned by the front desk. It would be beneficial to have that communication to enhance patient experience. Worst experience I have had with any oral hygienic. I got to my appointment 30 minutes early, and expected to wait. What they didn't tell me was that my actual appointment wasn't for another hour. They told me this only after I had been waiting 20 minutes after my set appointment time. I asked why they told me a different time, and they said it was to make sure clients arrive on time. When I finally got back, the doctor was abrasive and not gental in the slightest. I would raise my hand to request a break to rinse, and he sighed heavily every time. I did this twice, and after the second time he told me to just swallow it so he could finish. Those process took almost an hour. Will never reccommend.

Absolutely amazing experience. Dentist and his assistant mesh so well and work seamlessly together. Absolutely no pain and they took extra care to explain everything to me as they did it. Definitely went above and beyond for my comfort.

I highly recommend Burroughs Endodontics for root canal procedures. I had a fractured tooth and they were able to very quickly work me in. They were super helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. They made me feel as comfortable as is possible with a root canal - which no one ever really wants to get! If I ever need another root canal, I would not hesitate to go back to Burroughs.
