Tomoka Family Dentistry is great. I'm a patient since 2020. The office personnel is very friendly and courteous. Dillon always gives you friendly reminders of your appointments and shows great flexibility with scheduling. Dr. Schimenti is a very talented and gentle dentist and Yelennis, my dental hygienist is great and very thorough. They don't push unnecessary dental work or cleaning products. My last major work was 4 crowns on the front teeth (my very old fillings where starting to threaten the stability of the the teeth) and I really like the work that the team did. Thanks to everyone involved in my procedure, I didn't have to suffer a lot of pain. The crowns feels very good and look very natural. The color matches my other teeth very nicely. Choosing the matching shade was a team effort and thanks to Heidi, it worked out perfectly for me. It was a very difficult and long process to get the needed work coordinated with the insurance but the office staff, but especially Reyna, always supported my very many efforts to make it work.The entire office is based on very good team work and a relaxing atmosphere, which I cannot say about many of the other dental offices I visited in the past. I recommend Tomoka Family Dentistry 100%.

Highly recommend! Here is my experience at my new patient visit. The staff is amazing. Great communication from the reception area. Out of pocket Costs were discussed by phone prior to leaving my house which I appreciated very much. Prices discussed were reasonable and they took the time to explain why certain things weren’t covered. In person the staff was friendly and looked like they really enjoyed being there and being part of my care. Katie, Reina, and Dillion were stand outs. Great people with knowledge that they took the time to share with me. Katie was very caring and anticipated my needs so my cleaning was as painless as possible. The dentist was friendly caring and knowledgeable. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you Tomoka Family Dentistry!

The best thing I can say is, I've had 2 dental appointments, without having sedation. Which is huge for me, cause I'm a wimp! Staff very kind compassionate. Not sure how many Doctors they have, I've met 2. I normally like just a single dentist, and having a relationship, but it's been fine. Also, but doesn't a lot of time in waiting room, which is a bonus!

I have never liked going to the dentist. Up to Tomoka Family Denistry, it’s been 15 years. I waited 7 months to get an appointment. Having my teeth examined and cleaned, I was very impressed with the dentist. So I trusted them to whiten my teeth. I’m overwhelmed with the results.

My first visit exceeded my expectations. This is a very professional, friendly and spotless dental office. The exam and X-rays were thorough and meticulous. Danielle and Dr. Schimenti explained my issues and gave me a treatment plan. I feel comfortable and confident that I am in good hands.
