After having such a HORRIBLE experience in Council Bluffs with MyPediatric Dentist, coming to Smiles 4 Kids was a welcomed relief! From scheduling to being serviced, I was beyond satisfied with our care. My friend Camille who works there suggested we come over, and I am so glad we did. My son loved how gentle the staff was with him and how well the procedure was explained ❤️ thank youuuuu for everything!

My daughter has been going here for 5 years. We have had a wonderful experience, top to bottom. The from the business associates, dental assistants, hygiene team to the dentists. Nothing but absolute dental mastery. My daughter doesn't fear going to the dentist now, she looks forward to her appointments because they maker her comfortable.

Beware. This place feels incredibly misleading. After five years of going here with the same insurance, my husband was suddenly charged a $70 co-pay for our children’s visit. We have never had a co-pay for these routine checkups. When I called to ask about it, I was told it was due to a "new policy" and our insurance. That didn’t sit right, so I contacted Blue Cross directly. They confirmed that nothing has changed and that our twice-yearly checkups are fully covered with no co-pay. I called the office back and shared this information. They told me we would need to wait until the claim processed through insurance to be reimbursed. That was over six months ago. I followed up again about a month ago and was told a check would be sent within seven days. We still have not received anything. At this point, it’s not even about the $70. I’m sharing this because the lack of transparency and follow-through is concerning, and others should be aware in case they’ve had a similar experience.

My daughter loves going to smile 4 kids. She said they are so nice and she wants to be a dentist when she gets older. They were very nice and took good care of her needs.
