Ridgeview Dental

I had never been to Ridgeview Dental before and I walked in without an appointment to see if they could adjust the mouth guard I wear at night for grinding my teeth. They were able to accommodate me right away and the office manager was incredibly kind to find a way to get me in with no notice. Dr. Candi is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with the adjustment. She has an incredible personality and she truly cares about her patients. I was really excited to have found a new, excellent dentist, but unfortunately they will no longer be taking my insurance in a few months. I’m super bummed about the dental insurance because I would have loved to become a long-term patient. They were upfront about their upcoming dental insurance changes and I appreciated the transparency. I highly recommend Ridgeview Dental and Dr. Candi.

I had my new patient exam recently. Dr. Candi and her staff are very kind, patient and caring. They made sure they had all of my necessary information. They listened carefully to all of my dental concerns and made sure to clearly communicate all of their solutions and explanations. The staff made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire exam. During the cleaning, x-rays and consultation the staff were very gentle with me. Dr. Candi had shown me that she genuinely cares about my wellbeing and I greatly appreciate that. The building is kept nice and clean. I had access to the T.V in which I could switch between channels and had the option of wearing headphones that were connected to the T.V, which made me much more relaxed. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Candi and her amazing staff. (Edit) I forgot to mention, I was able to clearly view each individual tooth of mine with a live camera. I absolutely loved that experience. They clearly communicated all of their next steps and what they were doing to minimize my anxiety.

I have been going to Ridgeview Dental for around 12 years and am always impressed with Dr. Candi and her staff. Everyone has always been so kind to me and helpful and I feel very relaxed while getting my dental work done. Dr. Candi has kept my teeth in great shape and my dental cleanings are fantastic! I highly recommend Ridgeview Dental!

I love love love Dr. Candi and her staff at Ridgeview Dental! I have been coming here for years and years and honestly I have no desire to go anywhere else! I have even moved and live 35 minutes away... but, I won't switch to a dentist closer! They are professional, fun, caring, and honestly just great peeps! I highly recommend them and you should check them out ASAP!

Fantastic service and care! The whole office cares about the patient. Dr. Candi is absolutely the best! She has great 'chairside' manners with thoughtful plans for treatment, but she's not pushy to generate more fees and explained all options in terms I could understand! My dentist for life!
