New patient. Dr. Cheshire and staff have been the absolute best. I’ve had dentists be very rude and push me off in the past. They calmed my fears and helped comes up with a plan to tackle issues in small sections. I left my first appointment crying because of the kindness. I was back in the office the next week to take care of step one. Dr. Cheshire made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and reassure me that we were keeping everything according to plan.

Don't be late! Doesn't matter if you've been seeing the father and now son dentist for more than 25 years. Dr. Franco is extremely hard to get in to see, I was 5 minutes past their "15 minute window" and I couldn't be seen. Dr. Franco didn't even recognize me standing at the counter. They said "we tried to call", I don't get notified of calls when I'm driving. After years of going here, I get treated like this. I've waited longer than that in the lobby to be seen and in the chair and I didn't complain. I told them what happened this morning, and no one cares. I guess time to find a new dentist. The time to get in here is so long anyway. It would be a year to reschedule! Very disappointing 😞

Was a loyal customer for 20 years and I really liked my dentist. However, I had to cancel a long standing appointment for cleaning the day of the appointment due to sudden illness. I figured I could reschedule within a month or two or three and the receptionist told me it would be a year from now before I could get in. So I found another dentist who could see me within a week and have changed to them. If you are so busy you can’t see a 20 year loyal patient for a whole year, you no longer need my business. Plus I don’t like being treated like a 2 year old by a receptionist who has to show me who’s boss.

I have gone to Dr Beals for years. He does an amazing job! Always advising and staying within his scope. I trust him completely with my dental care. I recently had a little gum tenderness, nothing more. Dr Beals had the knowledge to take it a step further to check it out. And we found out I had an old root canal that had gone bad. Which led me to an implant with an oral surgeon. Today I had an emergency, after my post was implanted 5 days ago and my retainer with my fake tooth would no longer fit. The office, Maddie, and Dr Franco squeezed me in. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and caring from everyone from the front office to the dental hygienist to Dr Franco. The whole office truly cares. What an amazing group!!!!! Side note….i rarely write reviews.

My son's filling chipped and broke. Our regular dentist was out for the holiday weekend. They referred us to Dr. Franco. Thankfully, Dr. Franco had an immediate opening and was able to fix my son's filling before the long holiday weekend. I am so very thankful for their office getting him in asap. It was quick and painless. The front desk lady and staff were super nice. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you!!

Dr. Franco and Josie his dental assistant went above and beyond for me. They are patient, kind, talented, funny and make you feel welcome!! I am so impressed with how they were able to fix the chips in my teeth and cavity. They look brand new. Thank you for helping me ant the end of the day yesterday and being patient with me and my job as a well.

I absolutely love my dentist. Dr. Cheshire is incredibly knowledgeable, so easy to talk with and very transparent in her work. She makes me feel like I'm not just another patient, which in turn makes me less stressed to come in. I highly recommend Dr. Cheshire!
