Pacific Dental - Tom St. Germain, DDS (Dr. St. Germain) absolutely deserves this overdue review. I had a fantastic experience back in July 2025. They cleaned my teeth, completed a tooth extraction, and did a crown, and the entire process was professional, thorough, and surprisingly smooth. This office is amazing, especially because they actually make the crown in the dental office, so it can be shaped and placed the same day. That level of convenience and efficiency is incredible. Everyone was so kind and reassuring, and I genuinely felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Jane was the first to greet me, and she was wonderful. She made sure I had a great experience and helped keep me calm during the procedures. Dr. St. Germain was excellent: thorough, understanding, and patient. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend Pacific Dental to anyone looking for professional, high-quality dental care with a team that truly treats you with kindness and respect.

One billion stars. Dr Tom and Ina have saved my smile when I was positive nobody could. If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t feel like the equivalency of being sent to the principal’s office, schedule here. They are warm, kind, and generous with whatever you’re going through in their chair. You’re met with understanding and compassion over judgment and lecture. And you leave smiling.

Very customer service oriented office. I lost a filling while out of town. They worked with my schedule upon my return to get it fixed. Dr. St Germain is one of the best & gentlest Dentist’s I have ever been to. The office has state of the art equipment and the best Dental Assistants, Hygienists, and office staff in the Omaha area. Highly recommended!

Dr St Germaine is a wonderful dentist. He is update on all the latest procedures and is one of the nicest guys around. You really can’t go wrong with him if you’re looking for a dentist!

Absolutely best experience. I am terrified of needles. I had to get a cavity filled and I’m pregnant so no N2O! I was so nervous! This incredible staff not only eased my nerves but Dr. Tom was the most gentle and careful! I didn’t feel anything and it was over before I knew it! I would recommend them to everyone!

I am new to this office but already so impressed. Had a variety of dental treatments done, quite successfully. The doctor is excellent. He is clearly very experienced and knows what he is doing. My pain level was 0. His staff is great and took good care of me from scheduling to payment. Everything there runs so smoothly. I am now recommending this office to all my family.

I cannot thank Dr Tom and all his staff enough!! I am one that has the fear and anxiety of the dentist... but they made it so easy. I have had a lot of much needed work over the last few months and I could not be happier with results. I am so confident about it now I even booked my future cleaning. What started out as a tooth emergency had turned into a full trust of the dentist again!!
