Esta compañía es un asco perdí un día de trabajo por gusto para luego decirme que el plan no cubre y decirme que al sacar una muela son casi al rededor de 3 mil dólares casi luego te dan una sita y te la cambian sin consultarte primero

Must be under new management—this used to be a great clinic. I booked an appointment and, as a new customer, was okay with waiting six months for a cleaning and simple check-up. I received a cancellation text, followed two days later by another text confirming my appointment. After rearranging my schedule, driving downtown, paying for parking, and arriving on time, I was informed that my appointment had actually been canceled five days prior. The confirmation text I received three days ago was incorrect. This clinic is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. It’s better to find out now that new management is not operating the same quality clinic as before. I’m out time and money—don’t waste yours with Summit Old Market Dental.

Was absolutely pleased with everyone at the dentist office. Very professional, very comforting and very informative. The only issue I had was that my appointment ran about an hour late and I also know that sometimes that can't be helped.

The staffs are friendly and accomodating. They provide a great service and a free fancy bag! The place is so cozy too!
