I have been coming to Northwest for over 25 years, and staff is always so pleasant. I love my hygienist, Pat. Dr. Wacholrz and partners are great! Love Northwest Dental, and always recommend them when anyone is looking for a new dentist.
Great hygienists, Pat is very dedicated and knowledgeable. The office is organized and timely. We have not had any surprises with billing and they have never canceled our appointments or rescheduled last minute which our previous office use to do constantly. I feel they respect our time and they cater toward our children which is appreciated. This is only the 3rd google review I have ever posted. They deserve it.
My boys have been going to Northwest dental for about 10yrs. Our hygienist Pat is the best! She friendly and gentle. The entire staff is great! Thank you!
Friendly and caring for both staff and provider (Dr. Emily). Office is easy to get into and out of from Fort Street. Office and equipment are modern and well cared for. There is now a denture office occupying the other suite in the building making full-service care convenient for this location.
Pat has been cleaning my teeth for more than 30 years. Can't picture anyone else doing it. When dental services are needed, they have always done a good job.
Had an emergency dental issue involving a cracked filling. They were able to squeeze me in for thorough consult and set me up with an appointment to get it fixed. The staff is courteous and the equipment they use is top notch. Last year I was able to get my crown the same day! Amazing
