Great experience! Emily, my hygienist was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Mollie was amazing. She took her time explaining things to me and explained everything in detail with me. She was extremely professional, but with a very kind demeanor. Tiffany at the front desk was very informative and patient when she was answering my many questions. Overall, great experience! I would highly recommend.

Dr Jordan did my work. He explained the process and options very well. I felt that he was very thorough and professional. In the end I had little to no pain, he checked frequently during this 3 hr procedure. My experience with him was great. I would recommend him very highly.

This place is hands down 5 stars, I'd give 10 if I could! They treated our family like family. We have 4 children under 6, and my wife had to bring them along to her appointment. They treated our children like they were family while my wife had her teeth cleaned and was just so refreshing to hear how down to earth and kind they were to our family. We will 110% recommend New Image to anyone we know looking for a dentist. We cannot thank them enough for their true, genuine, kind hearted care and services! When they say family owned, you absolutely can tell! Thank you Mandy and team!

New Image Dentistry was wonderful! I saw Dr. Jordan and he was so thorough and answered all of my questions. They have a beautiful office and their entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I’m so glad to have found them.

I have had only good experiences— At both the 72nd and Grover and Village point locations. My dental hygienists have been kind and communicative as has my dentist, Dr McLellan. I appreciate how they explain each step before they perform it so I have less anxiety and know exactly what the plan is. Pain control has been on point. The office assistants are also kind and helpful and go out of their way to find appointments when the schedule is tight. They are also helpful with billing. They are a great Team!

Megan & Dr. Jordan are both top-notch. Both are friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. No one particularly likes going to the dentist, but these 2 professionals plus the friendly, efficient front desk staff, make gojng to the dentist the best that it can be.

My first time with New Image was an unfortunate root canal but Dr Jordan and his staff made the procedure very bearable. Very impressive technology and professional knowledge, from my limited perspective. The Dr was managing multiple patients while I was there, and despite a pretty stressful schedule, everyone in the office treated me and their colleagues with complete respect and professionalism. The emphasis on great patient care in this office is evident. I will go back!
