Nielson Family Dentistry

Nielson Family Dentistry has taken care of my family's dental needs for about nineteen years now. They always have friendly staff who make each visit a personal one. Even when our boys were smaller, they looked forward to going to the dentist because the staff made it fun for them. If there is a problem with our teeth between visits, they are great in working with our schedules to get us in and fix our problem. . Keep up the good work!!

Horrible treatment. Dr. Nielson decided to refuse the cleaning I was scheduled for. According to his billing office, my family had a $1400 overdue balance. I got "kicked out" and got treated very poorly because of this assumption. They never notified me about the overdue balance (it was from 2021), I found out just as I walked in for my cleaning appointment. He demanded I pay right on the spot or I am not getting the cleaning done that I was there for. When I walked out and called my insurance, I was informed that his billing office failed to send the claims over to the insurance within 12 months of service, that's why the insurance didn't cover them. His billing office called me later and admitted the fault. They said they missed the fact they only had 12 months to send the paperwork over to the insurance, and said they were going to cover the amount. Very unprofessional and zero customer service including Dr. Nielson. I informed the office that I expect an apology from him for such poor treatment but obvioulsy he doesn't care. Give your money, time and trust to a different dental practice, Nielson Family Dentistry doesn't deserve any of it.

Nielson Family Dentistry has got to be the friendliest dental staff in town! Dr. Nielson always takes the time to explain things, address my concerns, and is always upbeat and easy going. Making appointments is easy and I can get in quickly if needed, they are very accommodating. After going to this office for a few years, I have full confidence in Dr. Nielson and his staff and highly recommend this dental office with 5 stars!

.I was totally satisfied with my dental hygienist appointment with Ashley Thomas. She is friendly, gentle, professional, and extremely competent. I definitely will request her in the future and would recommend her to others without reservation. Dr. Don was and always is fun yet professional. Love your entire staff and appreciate all your reminders so there is no reason or excuse to ever miss an appointment.

My husband and I always have a wonderful experience at Nielson Family Dentistry. The commitment to patient care is top notch. Upon entering the office, from the friendly staff at the receiving desk, to the dental hygienist, to spending time with the dentist--one can tell that patient care is number one with all the wonderful staff at Nielson Family Dentistry.

It is always a pleasure to go see the staff at Nielson Family Dentistry. Most do not like to go to the dentist, but after 40 years of seeing the same guy, Dr Don, I look forward to catching up with him. I am the 2nd of 4 generations that have gone to Nielson Family Dentistry and I refer others often. Thanks to all who have worked there over the years and now, enjoyed each and everyone of you.

My daughter started out super nervous to go to the dentist. We go back to the same dental hygienist every time because she always makes my daughter feel comfortable. The last time we were coming in, all I had to do was tell her we were going back to the same person and she was good to go. Thanks for making a nervous girl enjoy going to the dentist.
