Alyssa, Fabiola, Raul, and Jenny made this experience absolutely phenomenal! The entire staff was so kind, gentle, and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Williams is not only incredible at what she does, but also such a genuinely amazing person. I felt truly cared for throughout the whole experience and could not recommend this practice enough!

My daughter just finished up her three year ortho journey and we could not be happier with our Olathe Fry experience! We lived much closer to another Fry location but after going to Olathe one time due to a reschedule, we made the switch. It was with the extra 25 min drive to get there. The staff were wonderful. From the front desk to Raul and Dr. Williams, everyone was amazing!

Overall, I had a good experience with Fry’s Invisalign program. The staff and process were solid, and I’m satisfied with the results. One area for improvement is access to locations for creating Invisalign tray molds under the lifetime retainer adjustment plan. While Fry has many locations, only two—Raytown and Olathe West—offer this service (as confirmed by staff at the Olathe office). This makes it difficult to take full advantage of the lifetime adjustment benefit. Considering the Invisalign treatment costs a few thousand dollars, I would expect more convenient access to essential services like mold creation. The Olathe receptionist also mentioned that if you want to get a mold sooner outside of the lifetime retainer adjustment plan, it costs around $50–$100, which adds to the frustration. The mold creation itself is a quick process—roughly a 5–10 minute appointment—yet I have to wait about a month just to get scheduled, followed by another 2–4 weeks to receive the trays. By the time I’m able to get the mold done, my teeth will have already started to shift, which defeats the purpose of timely adjustments. Reviewers should take this into consideration when evaluating Fry’s Invisalign treatment program relative to its cost. Expanding mold services to more locations would significantly improve convenience and turnaround time.

I could not have had a better experience. Every single person I interacted with was extremely kind and patient. After my consult, they were able to fit me in and get me braces same day. Not to mention, I had brought my 8 month old baby with me and very nice ladies held her and played with her so I could get my braces on. I will be taking all of my children here and recommending to any person or parents looking for an orthodontist.

Fabiola was amazing! Im a very shy and anxious person in general, but she made me feel more at ease and walked me through everything so that it wasn't such a scary experience. She was very kind and really listened to what I wanted. I appreciated her throughout my time here and wanted to give her her flowers 🫶💐

The entire staff here at Fry did such an amazing job. This is my second time having braces, didn’t wear my retainers when I was younger and they made this experience fun and easy! Dr. Williams made sure to get my braces off with a straight smile right in time for my wedding! Raul did a great job cleaning up my teeth as well! I’ll always recommend Fry to others!

We have been at Fry Orthodontics since 1985!! I was there as a kid and then we started up again with our kids and my husband in mid 2000’s. Today our youngest got her braces off!! Can’t say enough about all the beautiful smiles Fry has given our family!! The Olathe location is our favorite. The staff is amazing, fun, friendly and several have been with us throughout our many years! Thank you EVERYONE at Fry Orthodontic Specialists!!!
