My first visit (kids 10th, idk), and the staff was amazing, Doc Fales was cool, and the whole place is setup for kids (weird, right?). Super impressed, very clear why they're been serving the community for as long as they have been. Wholly recommended.

Dr. Fales and his team are the absolute best! Our four children have widely varying dental health needs, and Fales Pediatric Dentistry has not only accommodated us, they've made our kids feel at east with going to the dentist - no small feat! Dr. Fales and his team have excellent attention to detail, and we feel like our family isn't just another set of names in a database. Things like a welcoming office atmosphere (complete with canine mascot!), friendly staff, and the fantastic Dr. Fales himself make us very pleased we found Fales Pediatric Dentistry to take care of our family.

We have been to Fales two times. The first time it took 2.5 hours for my twins' cleanings. The second time, my daughter needed a filling. We waited over half an hour to be seen. The dentist and his assistant were very rude and didn't seem to care that my daughter was extremely anxious. The dentist didn't even acknowledge me, the assistant told me I needed to wait up front. Based on other reviews I thought they would be friendlier and better with kids.

Had a great experience at Dr. Fales office. Dr. Fales went above and beyond in addressing my daughter’s concerns. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my daughter's well-being. Nurse Jessica was as not only so nice, but they also ensured that my daughter felt at ease during the entire procedure. Their gentle approach and reassuring demeanor made a significant difference in alleviating any anxiety she may have had. Their dedication to providing exceptional care is truly commendable. I have taken some time to think through mine and my son's experience at Fales. I wanted to keep quiet but for the sake of the parents with special needs children I had to say something so that hopefully this situation can be corrected. First of all, Dr. Fales is God sent. What an amazing doctor with a heart of gold! He has opened his practice to children with special needs and conrinues to treat them into adulthood and beyond. He educates you on what you can do to ensure good dental health for your loved one. He is also compassionte and patient. On my visit last week, he was no different. Always the kind dentist he always is. Reassuring and compassionate. They also have a new hygeinist called Lenuire. I probably spelled her name wrong. She is such a gem! So kind and sweet, a very lovely lady who treated my son with dignity and care. She was truy amazing. Thanks Lenuire for your professionalism and compassion. However........then came Suzy. I dont know if she was having a bad day or of she is just a naturally mean person. This lady did all she could to tear me down with her unkindness, she was so judgemental, kept shooting me dirty looks like she had something personal against me and my son. She spoke to me in a condescending way, kept giving me and my son angry looks. I honestly don't know why she behaved this way except that my son was not easy to deal with that day because he is on the spectrum and toothbrushing is so hard for him. We love coming to Fales and don't want to stop because of this person. I hope she looks into her heart and sees the good in others. I still give this practice a 5 beause i plan to continue taking my kids there and i appreciate the work this wonderful doctor has done and continues to do for a population often overlooked by many. Thanks for all you do!

TOP TIER dental care for my child with extreme anxiety, ADHD & ODD. I've struggled with getting my daughter to brush her teeth, let alone dental care. Due to her tearful meltdowns, panic attacks and noncompliance, she's been kicked out of every dental office I've tried, her entire childhood. She is now a teenager with major restorative needs. To complicate things, most dental offices refused to sedate her in office due to her allergic reactions, asthma and age. She was too old for Children's Mercy hospital and other pediatric settings, but too young for other sedation dental care. I was losing hope to help her. I was referred to Dr. Fales. His contracted anesthesia team are highly competent in providing safe sedation in office for my child to finally get major restore dental care. Dr. Fales did fantastic restorative work! His assistants made my daughter feel safe and I knew she was in the very best hands! Fast forward, with tears in my eyes I am happy to report my daughter had zero cavities at her 6 month check up. Not only that, she went to the back by herself!! If you knew my child, you'd understand the impact of this huge step! Dr. False and his team finally got through to her that home hygiene is impotant and she followed through with their instructions at home. Plus she felt safe for the first time in her life to go to the back with out me! The hygienist let her take breaks when she needed and that helped her immensely! (Talk about having patience of a Saint!) On the way home my daughter mentioned she's noticed she is not sick as much as she used to be since her teeth and oral health are healthy. And she's right, she's been much healthier! Nancy in the office has always been very helpful with sorting the insurance. Her knowledge/experience makes the insurance & billing process much easier for parents! Dr. Fales and his team are hands down the absolute best for kids with behavior challenges and have made a positive life impact on my child's health and well being. I truly can't thank them enough! 🤍 Update: she has now been cavity free for a whole year thanks to the instructions, care and encouragement from the staff and Dr. Fales.
