Wait times are long despite showing up for appointments on time, and availability for kids’ cleanings and appointments are tough to schedule due to limited days they offer children’s dental services. Took over a month for my daughter’s broken tooth to be properly addressed, and we got the runaround another several weeks before she got proper treatment. The dental service itself is okay for the value. Luckily we didn’t need to do much on that end with any of my kids. Also, switching WD locations within just a 20-minute radius was unnecessarily confusing and difficult. Our experience with the orthodontist was very different and substantially better, however. If the regular dental services were at the level of the orthodontic department, whole different story!

I got my wisdom pulled out when i was younger(around 10-12). I was screaming in pain, crying, and the office manager I remember her telling me shut up I was scaring the customers waiting outside. She never aplogized, all they care about is taking mone!! I will never recommend this office to anyone!!

It's been twice I have been here and I always get seen 3 hours after my scheduled time. Lastly they ended up telling me what my insurance did not cover and I had to pay out of pocket $700. Had to go ahead and do it since my mouth was already put to sleep......DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM feel sorry for the staff getting yelled at by customers that have been waiting for a ridiculous time.

This is the worst place you could possibly go to for any of your dental needs! They have sales people that come up to you and try to sell you on services that you don't need. They are unscrupulous in their practices and try very hard to sell you on anything they can especially if you really don't need it. Billing staff has no bedside manner and are nasty and hateful. never ever again!!!!

Staff is very nice and friendly i will recommend to my friends and family
