EMA Dental is filled with the nicest, most professional people you’ll ever meet. I know I’m in great hands at their office, especially with Dr. Cohen, who is the most caring and thorough dentist I’ve ever had. She takes my fear of dental procedures seriously and reassures me and checks in with me throughout any procedure to make sure I’m comfortable in the chair and confident in her work. Kimberly, my favorite hygentist ever, is also gentle, thorough, and kind, and I am always grateful for her reassurance and positivity when I’m in the chair. The office staff is very personable, helpful, and expert in their work, making every visit, even the occasional unpleasant ones, a pleasurable experience.

I had an excellent experience with EMA Dental of Northampton. They prioritize communication in a way that immediately puts you at ease, asking thoughtful, relevant questions. Throughout the visit, I felt genuinely cared for. It is rare to find a provider who combines skill with such attentive, patient-centered communication. I also want to highlight Fran at the front desk, who was my main point of contact. She set the tone from the very beginning, going above and beyond by arranging a next day appointment. I am grateful to have found this practice and I highly recommend them.

I am really pleased with the care at EMA dental. For years, I had to drive 3.5 hours to MAINE (!) to see my dentist. When she retired, I panicked. ( Prior to her I had a few very negative dental care experiences both in Massachusetts and in Maine and I had seriously lost all my trust.) I read reviews of EMA and decided to be brave and try them out. I had to have a bridge replaced and was full of dread about it. Dr. Samuelson treated me with respect, made sure that I had good pain control on board and her personality is delightful. Her assistants are equally talented, competent and honestly a joy to interact with. The front end staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Really, everyone I’ve met so far at EMA has been friendly, helpful and fully human (by that I mean funny, kind and caring. No automotan energy here. I like feeling that I am seen, respected and cared for and they do excellent work. I highly recommend EMA. Five stars.

I had a cavity repaired and a crown replaced by Dr Emirzian with help from her dental assistant Carrie. I have only good things to say about the experience. Megan at the front desk is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Having someone like that greeting and troubleshooting is a key role for patients who are often somewhat nervous. The dental work was excellent. Everything was explained in detail and was done in a gentle and compassionate manner. The previous crown was not a good color match and this one is right on. Dr Cohen is the best! Not only is she a wonderful dentist, she is the most kind and caring person. I'm an anxious dental patient and she always puts me at ease and I'm always comfortable no matter what the procedure is. Kim as well is the friendliest and most thorough hygienist I have ever had.

After a dozen years, I still love EMA!. Professional, courteous, so knowledgable, great, great staff! Front desk, top notch and good humored, esp. Megan and my new hygienist Kajal couldn't be better, great careful technique, told me some do's and dont's, and rolled with my bad jokes. What more can you ask for? Steve Bernstein

As always, the staff at EMA dental in Northampton are very professional and caring. They do an awesome job with all of my dental needs even when I am not perfect at this. These folks truly set the standard with true quality instead of quantity, rolling through the door and sitting in the chair. This practice shines above the rest 😁
