Staff is wonderful. Dr. Dana Zeig does a phenomenal job with the cleaning. She makes you feel extremely comfortable. They don’t try to overcharge your insurance plan like other dental offices do. They ensure you get the right services at a very affordable cost. Overall great dental office.

My entire experience with this office has been AMAZING! The entire staff including the Dentists are so friendly and informative. Before each procedure they informed me of any costs my insurance didnt cover and let me decide if I wanted to move forward or not. Dr. Friend is super cool, my pre- teen really liked him and he was attentive, fast and gentle. If i could give more stars I would, Thank You to everyone at U Smile NMB😁

Dr. Friend is one of the BEST dentists ever. I only come to him. Both locations are amazing. Staff is very helpful. AJ at NMB location is beyond helpful and very sweet, and Dr.Friend's assistant Jen is great!! Thank you guys for taking care of this giant adult baby!!!!!!

Dentist Dana Zeig practices patient abandonment as well as dentistry! She told my mother not to come back! Their new assistant at the front desk had not bothered to verify the cost of a crown with the upcoming insurance company for 2020 like she was supposed to. After all, this was all under Zeig's suggestion to see which plan to have the procedure done with since it's so close to the new year. My mother had a ton of x-rays that will only be released for a fee! Imagine that! It's like, "You have an upcoming appointment, I don't like that you asked why something I promised wasn't checked, don't ever come back, pay me for your x-rays, and good luck finding another place to get seen before the end of the year!" I'm starting here on Google to warn others but I will be escalating this complaint through proper channels.

Very nice and helful staff ....specially dr dana she is very careful in her job,doing the right thing for their patients and giving extra time for any questions and referrals if you need it!

The dental hygienist was excellent. Staff very fruendly. I like their approach to business. Everything is outlined and clear
