I had a fantastic experience at NOHO Dental Group and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the entire atmosphere was welcoming and organized. I want to give a special shout-out to Dr. Bijan Afar. He is truly an expert in his field. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood my treatment options without feeling rushed. His manner is calm and reassuring, which makes a huge difference if you’re someone who gets a little nervous at the dentist.

Noho Dental Group has been my dentist and orthodontist for the past 2 years now. I gotta say I’m fully satisfied with the service I’m receiving from them. Starting of course with Marcella aka Marcie and Brenda who sits by the front. They’re courteous and highly personable. Both of them really take the time to get to know you and makes you feel like family. Their friendly demeanor makes the environment warm. Secondly would be the dental and ortho team. Professional and kind. I am definitely recommending them to the highest level.

My experience at Noho Dental Group was excellent from start to finish.The entire team was professional, welcoming,and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.When booking my appointment, they took the time to assist with my insurance questions and made everything feel simple and stress free.I also appreciated being able to complete my paperwork online beforehand,which made the visit even more convenient. During the appointment, Azi and Dr. Afar were extremely kind, attentive, and thorough,carefully explaining everything and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time.I was a bit nervous beforehand,but their friendly and caring approach immediately put me at ease.It is clear that they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience.

NOHO Dental deserves more than five stars for their compassion and dental practices. I had a dental emergency in which they fit me in and accommodated me immediately. I also did not have dental insurance at the time (I know I’m a bad dentist patient and neglected my teeth but struggling with being recently disabled). Marci and the front of office staff helped me tremendously in navigating options and filling out paperwork. Ive spent the last 5 years dealing with my disability so I was very nervous about seeing a dentist and ashamed of my teeth. Both Dr Afar and Dr Aziz are very kind, nonjudgmental, professional, and made me feel calm about the procedure. I was able to text Dr Afar with my pain questions no problem post procedure as I have a pain condition. That was my first experience texting a doctor from home so it was very helpful and again provided me with immense comfort. Additionally, my fiancée and his family have been patients here for decades which is the best news a new patient wants to hear. There’s nothing better than a family dentist. People you can truly trust and rely on for their treatment and compassion! I will definitely be coming here regularly to take better care of my teeth and couldn’t have found a more perfect place to help me get my teeth health back on track!

I can't speak highly enough about this dentist! Dr. Afar and Azi are exceptional practitioners who care deeply about the well-being and comfort of their patients. Marcy and Brenda at the reception are so kind, communicative and accommodating, and the office is always calming and welcoming. I've recommended Noho Dental Group to all of my friends and family, and they all agree this dentist is irreplaceable! I think most of us have had negative experiences with dentists in our lives, but this office is the exception.
