Very Poor experience......I had a root extracted from a tooth that broke last week I have an HMO and the office went out of their way to find a higher price to bill me 150 for an extraction which they said required surgery.He numbed me and didn't wait too long for it to fully take effect.It took a total of less the 2 minutes to extract 2 tiny pieces of tooth.I noticed while I was waiting every patient there was told they need a cleaning.I had brought full mouth xrays and the Dentist didn't want to see them.They were only able to do 1 xray meaning they didn't make money off of my insurance.So they had to figure out how to add money for the extraction.When I called to ask what I was billed for it seemd like an inconvience and I should be grateful I wasn't charged more.They don't give you a bill showing what you paid for.I tried to talk to the Dentist about getting my teeth replaced but they said I had to make another appointment for that.The Dentist had the bedside manner of a Garbage Can.All I hope is this awful pain goes away so I never have to go back there. I had the same extraction and infection which the previous Dentist billed me 85.00 2 months ago. I notified the insurance company so they can look into this because I feel like I got ripped off.

Dr. Spivak is the most kind and caring dentist I have met. This place is always clean, runs on time and provides me great care and personalized service. Definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

The dentist seemed fine but the 1hr wait for an 11am appointment that took less than 5mins is deliberate and disrespectful time management, evident with an entire waiting room of people with appointments scheduled for the same time. The receptionist/Office managers/ladies at front desk are the main reason I will find a new dentist - they are rude, unprofessional and will spend more time gas lighting you that the "doctor never said that because it's not in the notes" than they will attempting to resolve your problem. They dont check correspondence, are snappy and condescending (despite being wrong), rather than use note taking skills themselves they asked me to make a note to call them again and remind them to do their jobs before my appointment, which I did, and they still didn't organize the prescription. Not an isolated incident, all 8 points of contact with front desk ladies was the same poor experience and the 1hr wait allowed me to witness it being the same for everyone. Also mixed me up and told me someone else's health information.

Incredible service and care ! They go above and beyond to accommodate all needs ! Never been a fan of dentist visits but they do make it effortless and pain free 🙏🏻

I moved from NoHo, but refuse to change dentists. Aside from being friendly and helpful, they’re also good at their job. I’m never in pain after cleanings and Dr. Spivak has gone out of his way to make my previous Invisalign treatment work.

Had an appointment today, was really satisfy from the cleanliness to the way the Doctor explained things and options. This kind of practice is rare and I'm very happy to have found them.

They do not know how to numb you properly at this place. During crown replacement on the lower tooth, I still felt some pain and they kept stopping the procedure to put more anesthesia in different areas until they found the spot. At the next appointment, they waited less than 2 minutes after the anesthesia to start drilling the cavity and I felt some pain because of it. Terrible experience for those who are scared of going to the dentist.
