Capital district endodontics

I had a root canal done by Dr. berls. He is a pro. I had a couple of issues with two previous root canals prior to Dr. berls. He is professional, takes his time and does the job. I would highly recommend.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Dr Berls was incredible. I had an emergency root canal & his & Heather’s professionalism was next to none. They were kind & constantly checking to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain. They were quick & efficient. I feel blessed to have been able to get this done all in the same day. I highly recommend Capital District Endo!

I didn’t even know this type of dental specialist existed before this nightmare of mine recently - having not had much dental work done beyond cleanings and wisdom teeth extractions in the past, but Dr. George went above and beyond and saved my tooth with a root canal. He and the staff were so accommodating and they were able to quickly get me in for an appt for a compromised tooth. I cannot thank them enough for a good experience and would 10/10 recommend. I met with Dr. Berls for a consult following a referral from my dentist (shout out to Dr. Sung!) and I was very impressed with his office and his staff. Everyone was super nice and Dr. Berls himself was awesome. He took the time to listen to me explain what was going on, and to fully explained his diagnosis and my next steps. I didn't need to use his services for my current issue, but should something happen in the future, I would totally recommend him.

Wow!!! That’s all I can say. I am a dentist. I cracked my tooth while on vacation. I was suddenly put in a position that many of my patients have reported. You are out of your comfort zone, you don’t have your regular dentist that you are used to and have the need for an emergency procedure while out of state. That was me. So I was referred to Dr. Singh by an old peer I went to Dental School with. He said Dr. Singh is the best and would take care of me. I went to his office and the whole process was smooth, efficient, and painless. I know what has to happen, and the process, but the skill and quality of Dr. Singh is impressive. He was in and out in less than an hour. I looked at the post op X-ray and was very impressed. I know what good work looks like. I’m now out of pain, can continue with my vacation, and I’ll see my regular dentist to get the crown when I get back home. Thanks again to Dr. Singh and his team for an amazing experience.

I found the whole experience horrific. The two women at the front desk were very unfriendly. The only good point was Alyssa, the tech. She was super friendly and explained things to me as she was doing them. When doctor Singh came in, I wanted to explain my situation and he didn't wanted to hear it. After my x-rays, I stopped in the bathroom, at this point I started getting shaky and my eyes welled up with tears. When I went back into the office, the dentist was questioning why I was crying in an aggressive manner. There was no calming in his voice, or reassuring words. Then, later on when I asked "are we half way done?" he almost chuckled!? He told me to raise my hand when I felt pain, and when I did, he was annoyed. I would highly suggest NOT going to this dentist. Now, I understand the other dentist in the office is good and got great reviews. But, Doctor Singh is not who you want if you are looking for a compassionate dentist that is able to reassure you you're doing good, that the procedure is going well, and it's almost complete.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rizzuto, if one can say that about a root canal. I am extremely anxious with any dental procedure and he made sure that the area was numb. If you need a root canal that is the place to be. And he saved the tooth as well.
