One star is too many. She is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ever. Should have known when she had unlimited availability. My son went for a routine cavity filling. He left feeling like it was a bad job. Flash forward a few months and the tooth has died and today he had a $7500!!!!! EMERGENCY ROOT CANAL on that tooth. The current dentist says he has " never seen such bad work ever". You can better believe I will be sending her the bill for this. DO NOT GO!!!!!! Not sure how they afford Lido rent??? And that she was recommended by Delta PPO. They are my next phone call.

I didn’t want to believe the reviews, but I’m the type of person who has to experience things for herself. I’m made an appointment & provided my insurance, Let them know. I just needed a cleaning and they tried to call me into getting a deep cleaning and because I wouldn’t do the deep cleaning, she said I’m not eligible for a regular cleaning that’s insured by my insurance that she wanted $250 from me to do a deep cleaning everything the comments say are true. I came in with that in mind and it was just confirmed. In addition, I think it’s best that I didn’t let them do any work in my mouth because the lady looked like she was straight out of American horror story series and the receptionist was her matching accessory and they just kept trying to talk to me about how I had bone loss and all these issues which I don’t. This was a complete waste of time and resources when I could’ve gone elsewhere or simply have just slept in for the day. Definitely avoid this place. She must be washing money for her husband, idk how she stays open in lido. last, this place can also use a deep cleaning. There were dead gnats on the floor, very unsanitary environment * bonus* when I walked in and the receptionist/assistant was wearing a club dress and furry slides my intuition started howling.

I have been a patient here for more than 10 years. Dr. Kimberly and Staff continue to treat me with kindness and respect. Our family does not have much money saved for dental work. We appreciate the fact that she is willing to make monthly payment without hesitation. She is gentle and thorough with her work.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. On my first visit, the dentist recommended crowns for 5 or 6 of my teeth. Thankfully, I agreed to just one. Unfortunately, that crown has since caused some issues; it was slightly larger than my original tooth, which led to discomfort. Now, a year after the procedure, a new dentist has discovered that I have inflammation inside the tooth and need a root canal. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE

I need to be honest it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only unorganized and messy when doing procedures didn’t give me enough information on my teeth, very aggressive in the process of drilling and left 2 holes open. I have so much pain in my teeth that never had pain before and and now more sensitive to cold water or anything hot or warm. She was nice but everything seemed so weird and I now have to spend more money on fixing my teeth that now have holes and in so much pain. I can barely eat, sleep at night because of pain. So sad

Dr Nguyen is by far one of the best dentists I have ever seen. I have an absolute dread of visiting any dentist - but she has done a lot to minimize that. Always very concerned about comfort and lack of pain, very capable at giving nearly painless lidocaine shots, and has a strong work ethic (often working late just to make sure she takes care of your needs) Accepting of most insurances, and understanding when high dental bills pop up. Can't recommend her enough!

This place needs to have their license removed ASAP!! Absolutely disgusting practices. I went for a regular cleaning ("included" as part of my insurance) and from the second I sat in that chair all they cared about was how much they could surcharge with made-up procedures. They assured my that the regular cleaning wouldn't do me any good and that I needed a 'deep cleaning' which was NOT a part of my insurance and had to pay additional out of pocket. I refused. Then, they flipped it to "you have two cavities and need to take care of them ASAP", which I also refused. I have been to three different dentists since, all of which have assured me that I have no cavities at all and that I was simply lied to in order to be taken advantage of. Please don't be fooled by the nice location and the most-likely fake positive reviews.
