I am Dr Kanatov patient almost for ten years. Even though I moved from the area (I leaved in Larchmont) I still visit Dr. Kanatov for my regular teeth cleaning and dental work if needed. I do not have to wait unlike in many other offices. If it is needed, the doctor allocates me 2-3 time slots on the same day to avoid rushing through the dental work. Usually doctors attention is fully dedicated to me. He does not run between different rooms performing dental work on few people at the same time. He explains what he does, and why it is needed (for me it is very important). For tooth extraction Dr. Kanatov sent me to his colleague that speaks of his values. He will not do the work to collect your money unless it is his expertise. . I would highly recommend Dr Kanatov and his practice if you need dental work or regular teeth cleaning.

Dr. Kanatov himself did a fine job with my two kids but his staff are rude and unprofessional. They forgot to charge my insurance until after I had switched policies. They then insisted I pay (even though it was their mistake) before I could make a new appointment. With tremendous reservation I paid just to get my kids seen only to then be told that they don’t accept my new insurance. All this after leaving 5 voicemails over 3 weeks trying to get an appointment without any returned calls. Hope they all get fired.

Dr. Valeriy Kanatov was recommended to me by one of my colleagues. He is passionate about his work. He strives to do the best for his patient. As a former dental technician, he is experienced in both technical and easthetic aspects of crowns and bridges. He has to be pleased with the way they fit or look before completing dental work. Dr. Kanatov is experienced working with Invisalign. He will help you to achieve best results if you strictly follow his instructions. He has a sense of humor and will put you at ease. Dr. Kanatov's office works with CreditCare to help with payments. I will definately recommend Dr Kanatov to my family, friends and colleagues.

Dr. Kanatov is our family dentist for 9 years. Always professional, knowledgeable and efficient. All visits, navigation through insurance and copays process and making appointments were extremely easy.

Before I saw this dentist, my teeth were in better condition. He is too expensive. His service is sloppy. Fast services were provided.  Additionally, he treated my teeth, and as a result, they are currently changing colors. I should have never allowed him to convince me to get a treatment. AVOID HIM! HIS SERVICE IS A WASTE OF TIME!

dr.kanatov is professional as well as a perfectionist. he changed my sad frown into a perfect smile!! i cannot stop smiling. i would not think of any other place to go....ONLY NEW ROCHELLE DENTAL!!!
