Dr. Audrey T. Ramsay, DDS

The dentist was good. The front office was horrible, and for that, I will never go back. I called in and made an appointment. The office 1 - said I didn't have an appointment when I came in (false) 2 - shredded the intake form I had filled out by hand and had me do another and 3 - overcharged me by $375 dollars and took no steps to remedy the situation. They made me pay the full price at service time and said I had to wait until insurance to pay the claim before they could refund me (which is not the way insurance and co-pay works at all). Then, weeks later when I called them and they confirmed that insurance did pay them, they said they would refund my money within a certain timeline (they did not). I had to file a dispute through my credit card to just to get my money back. Charging a full price to a client and also collecting the fees from the insurance as if I'd only paid a co-pay is essentially fraud. This was the most unprofessional and unethical dentist's office I have EVER worked with. It's upsetting, because the dentist was good, but I would never go back because of the atrocious way the front desk/reception handled, well, everything.

She is seemingly very nice and friendly and I was excited to go to a qualified female dentist (gender is not what I chose her), but she does not do proper cleanings which has potentially dangerous health implications for patients. I noticed that my cleanings were abnormally short, I timed one at 8mins and my teeth never felt fully clean compared to previous cleanings I’ve had elsewhere. I thought perhaps I was just behind picky until one day I had to see another dental professional a few days later (unrelated) and they asked the date of my last cleaning. When I told them it was 3 days prior they were shocked and said it was impossible. They actually cleaned my teeth again before the procedure and showed me gunk Mrs Ramsey had not removed. It wasn’t even hard to reach areas, it was just basic areas. She collected the insurance money and let me walk out each time thinking I had a proper cleaning. Very disappointing

Doctor Ramsay and her staff are the most amazing medical professionals I know. I put my trust in her so much that my family and close friends became her patients and they absolutely love it. I remember during the pandemic my crown fell out ( job was done by my previous dentist) I called Dr. Ramsay’s office and immediately she saw me. I thank God everyday for her and I pray that he continues to keep her, her staff and all her patients safe during this horrible pandemic. I absolutely love and appreciate her.

I first met Dr. Ramsay when I was 17 yrs old and she worked at Greenburg Health Center. She is a compassionate, encouraging and patience dentist. Whenever she moves to a new location, I find her and follow. Am now 44 yrs olds. She is the only dentist that I trust to work on my teeth. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest!! Dr. Ramsey has removed four wisdom teeth. My young nephews are also patients of hers. Great Dentist!!

Dr. Ramsay and Dr. Epi are amazing. The first thing you will notice upon arrival is how clean the office is and how friendly her staff is. Melinda is amazing, she's so courteous,friendly and extremely professional. I am very proud to say that my family, friends and co-workers are now new patients and we all feel the same. Each visit is exceptional.

I let Dr Ramsey know that I had I had a cavity on my tooth, which a previous dentist had informed me of but I needed to switch dentist due to health insurance changes. She stated I had no cavity so I left it alone trusting her opinion as a dentist. A few weeks later I’m being told I need a root canal due to the cavity getting so large. Now I need to pay out of pocket almost 4 grand due to her negligence. I’ve had several subpar experiences at this office but this is definitely the most infuriating one.

I've been on the hunt for a good quality dentist for quite some time. This place had great reviews so I took a chance. The staff is genuinely friendly and I felt welcome the minute I walked through the door. They made my first appointment smooth and I felt confident in my visit. Dr. Ramsay did a great job walking me though her recommended procedures and even helped me prioritize them. Smooth and easy process!
