Joel at the front desk is so welcoming and makes sure he gets everyone in at a timely matter. Keeps his word! Dr. Moore not sure how you spell is very talented and so kind hearted. Becky is great at her job. Overall Good staff and good atmosphere. No long wait time either.

My experience was very pleasant from start to finish. I want to give a shout out to the front desk receptionist, Joel! He made sure I was able to get in right away and was taken care of. The hygienist and dentist were also extremely helpful, empathetic and kind. Thank you for helping me today. It was such a relief to get the help I needed from people who actually cared.

I can't recomend this office highly enough. From the front desk staff to the dentists we have had nothing but good experiences. My granddaughter unfortunately had several cavities and was terrified at first. The dental staff were so patient with her that within a few visits she began to trust them which was so helpful.The fact that they accept our Medicaid insurance means we never had to spend a dime on this quality care which is more than we could have asked for. My only regret is that it took several months to take us on as clients bc the need is so great. Even then, Joel who works the front desk , would encourage me not to give up calling. Soon enough they had an oportunity to take on new patients and we began her appts right away. I can't thank the folks at this office enough, as a group they have patient and kind to us. This dental office never answers their phone. I have called & left messages & still nobody gets back to me.I tried to get into this dental clinic a few years ago & they had the nerve to tell me that they weren’t taking any new patients. Now here I am calling them & giving them a chance once again. Now I definitely know not to ever call this place or even leave voicemails. For those of you looking for a dentist, do not go to this one. They never answer! Don’t waste your time & energy on this dental office when you can find another dentist that can see you right away. I am on my way to one right now as I write this review.

So I am a big baby when it comes to dentists. I havent been in a long time. While I was there with my grandsons I asked if they can see me. Joel at the front desk was super kind to me and eased my nerves about seeing the dentist and was able to get me in the very next day. I think every medical office should have a Joel at their front desks. The dentist was very nice and didnt make me feel bad or embarrassed about waiting so long to see a dentist. I have treatments already scheduled.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! What a great place! Joel, AMAZING customer service from the very beginning over the phone, you are a breath of fresh air and Jasmin was absolutely wonderful, very kind and understanding! Best experience I ever had in a dentist office. Great job guys.
