If i could rate them a zero i would. Dr Richard Lechner ripped out an ADULT molar instead of a simple baby tooth. He refused to apologize, continued to tell me i was wrong once questioned. I spent hours in the chair sobbing because he told me "you cannot feel it, i know you cant" He completely stopped giving me novocaine after i expressed I could feel every bit of it. This is most definitely not a dentist anyone should trust their child with. He certainly should not be licensed any longer. Do not let your children in this office unless they want to leave with missing teeth. I had to endure 2 separate surgeries after the fact to even consider putting an implant in, which he didnt even offer compensation.

As always, Dr. Lechner and his staff have the utmost professionalism. They are there for you when you need them. I needed a quick fix on two filings before heading off on a business trip and they squeezed me and made sure that I was good to go and not having to worry about it while traveling. I've been going there for years and even though it's not the closest location for me now, I wouldn't trust my teeth anywhere else. Thank you!
