I highly recommend New Braunfels Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. First and foremost, their office was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. I have never had a bad experience with the dentist, but for those that may be nervous this is certainly a welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff and the doctor were informative and open to listening to all of my questions and concerns. I did not feel pressured to add on any knee services or extra expenses, which I appreciate. They included me with showing me photos and discussing the treatment plan. I will definitely be using them for any of my dentistry needs moving forward.

I just became a new patient here and it has been such a wonderful experience! It was so easy to make an appointment and fill out all the paperwork, they were able to get me in quickly, and the visit for a routine cleaning and new patient exam was pleasant. Marcy at the front desk is a joy to work with and so communicative and answered all my questions, and Brittany the hygienist was also very nice and great at her job! Dr. Albrecht was thorough and helped adjust my existing night guard to better fit while I await a new one to be made. Thank you for being so great, I’m glad I found you as my new dentist office! I’m really looking forward to meeting River next visit 🙂

Britney my hygienist, is very knowledgeable and helpful about educating the patients about her role in the office and how it benefits you. I really appreciated Reyann, Britney, and Dr. Albright’s kindness and approachable attitudes. It was my first visit and I felt like I’d known them forever. Dr. Albrecht is great! I’m admittedly pretty picky about my teeth and ask a lot of questions, but the whole team was so patient and made sure everything was explained clearly. They deliver great results and truly care about quality!

The absolute best dental visit of my life!! Gentle yet thorough cleaning and very modern hi tech dental equipment that made the visit painless and satisfying. Great dentist too! Plus if interested they have cosmetic procedures too that are very affordable! I highly recommend this dentist and hygienist!
