They were really nice throughout the whole process and it was very quick! Alexa and Dr. Maheshwari worked on my root canal and did a great job. Didn’t felt anything and was able to get on with my day without any issues .

Dr. Solaty and the team at West Nashville Smiles went above and beyond to help make dental care pleasant, and comfortable for me. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process, and I left more confident in the future of my dental health than ever!

I chose this office because it was in-network and conveniently located, and I also have dental anxiety, so I was hoping for a comfortable experience. The office itself is very nice and welcoming, but my experience once I was seen was concerning. I was not offered a standard cleaning and was told I would need to commit to an extensive treatment plan first. This included multiple procedures, which felt overwhelming, especially since I hadn’t been to the dentist in about two years. I was also encouraged to sign up for a payment plan that same day, which added to the pressure. I left feeling unsure and uncomfortable, so I decided to get a second opinion. At my second appointment, I was told I did not have any cavities or need for the major procedures that were previously recommended. I would encourage others, especially those with dental anxiety, to consider getting a second opinion before committing to any significant treatment. And avoid this place!

Everyone here was very nice but I will not be back. I was there for a cleaning. I waited 3 hours and never got my teeth cleaned. Instead I got quoted for nearly $3000 worth of dental work that needed immediate attention. It felt odd to me that I needed exactly what my husband was quoted for a month ago, too. Then. I checked the reviews and see that everyone was in dire need of a deep clean, root canals, crowns and fillings. That feels scammy to me. The staff were all kind but that on top of waiting 3 hours and not even getting my teeth cleaned was enough to make me question it. I ended up canceling my follow up appointments for deep cleaning so that I can go to another dentist (that isn’t a corporate chain dentist) and have a second opinion and hopefully actually get my teeth cleaned.

Super friendly staff! Dr. Howard way very kind to me while giving me the exact information I needed without the fluff. I felt valued and respected without being gaslit, which was a great feeling! I will definitely be coming back!

Should have listened to the reviews about this place. I had an appointment scheduled a week prior as a new patient WITH insurance and was told 2 days prior to the appointment that I would have to reschedule. I made arrangements to schedule the appointment. Called to see about rescheduling, and then was told they basically couldn’t see me. If your clinic doesn’t want to accept new patients, then have that posted instead of wasting our time. Very bad first impression.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! I had an extremely bad infection due to a tooth and they got me in right away to start the root canal and drain the infection. They were patient and kind to me even with my severe dental anxiety. The doctor was able to get me completely numb despite the previous dentist failing to do so. THANK YOU so much and I will be returning!!!
