I highly recommend Dr. Reddick and her entire staff at the Nashville West location. I opted to get dental implants and I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, but the staff was amazing; I don't think I've experienced a more friendly dentist and staff. They made sure I was comfortable, worked with me at a pace I was comfortable with, and were extremely patient and detailed in making sure I had the perfect smile. I can't recommend them more highly, even if you hate dentists like I do! Oh, also- I don't think I ever had to wait more than 10 minutes in the lobby for my appointments over the past year-- a major plus!
A crown came loose on month long motorcycle trip in Friday night of a holiday weekend. I spent a few hours trying to find a dentist along my route, but finally was able to get an appt with these folks the following Thursday. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and they took great care of me. Everyone was very informative about the process and everything involved. Sadly, the crown was not able to be regimented as part of the root canal came out with it, so an extraction was done. It seemed the best move to avoid issues, but handle things until I can get home in a few weeks. I’m on the road , swapping gauze out every so often and headed in a roundabout way towards Knoxville. All with much less concern thanks to the kindness, talent and professionalism of the folks at Aspen Dental.
I had such a great experience with Marian, the hygienist at Aspen Dental. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her patients—she took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave helpful tips for maintaining my oral health at home. I’ve always been a little nervous about dental visits, but Marian’s calm and friendly approach made a huge difference. My cleaning was painless and left my teeth feeling amazing. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, kind, and genuinely attentive, I highly recommend asking for Marian!
Dr. Loyd and Dr. Reddit provided an experience that truly meant a lot to my family. My father, who has dementia, needed a tooth extraction, and situations like that can be very overwhelming. From the moment we arrived, both doctors showed incredible patience, compassion, and understanding. They took the time to speak to my father in a calm and reassuring way, making sure he felt as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. They also kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. Their kindness and gentle approach made a difficult situation much easier for both of us. It’s clear that Dr. Loyd and Dr. Reddit genuinely care about their patients, not just medically but emotionally as well. I am truly grateful for the respect, dignity, and exceptional care they showed my father and me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care.
Maddie and Marian were great, made it so easy for me. I chipped a tooth and they got me in within 30 minutes. I’m so happy with it it looks great. Marian did my cleaning and the process was so easy and fast. I’m grateful for the two of them I highly recommend.
The experience here was one in 1 million. From the moment I walked in to the completion of my wisdom tooth extraction. I will be back! These folks are super friendly , make you feel comfortable, make sure all your needs are met! I had an awful experience at the Aspen in Madison tn. These folks really turned that around. I will definitely be coming back!
I went to this dental office today immediately after finishing a 12-hour ICU shift because I was experiencing the worst tooth pain of my life. I am genuinely terrified of dentists, but the pain was so severe that it pushed me to seek care anyway. After paying the office visit fee and completing X-rays, I was placed in a financial office to discuss the cost of a future tooth cleaning while I was actively sitting there in severe pain with a throbbing mouth. Instead of addressing the urgent issue, the focus felt centered on billing and payment discussions. I had already taken multiple doses of ibuprofen throughout the night just to function during my shift, and I had not slept at all before coming in. Despite clearly explaining how severe the pain was, I was ultimately told that antibiotics and pain medication would help and was prescribed amoxicillin — without actually receiving treatment for the tooth causing the pain. As a healthcare worker myself, it was extremely frustrating to leave still in severe pain after seeking urgent dental care. I came in desperate for relief and left feeling unheard and untreated. I am now considering going to the ER because my pain remains uncontrolled. I understand that treatment plans and scheduling can be complex, but when a patient presents in obvious acute pain, compassion and immediate care should come first. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Edit to your response: It wasn’t just about not being able to provide the care I needed, the unsympathetic "dentist" when it came to my pain and made it point to rudely cut me off when I told him the ibuprofen wasn’t working. "Have you tried it with amoxicillin?" Was his response, lol what? Btw this is the first google review I’ve ever made that’s how shocked I was with the care I was provided.
